- Today we like to introduce you to our Polyginder PKMN!
Here shown is the size 800 which means a diameter of the grinding Disc of 800mm.
The Disc Mill produces high Quality powders for rotomolding, masterbatch and coating.
Due to our special geometry of the grinding segments we are able to provide a pretty narrow particle distribution with less of fines and less temperature impact.
For example for rotomolders it’s absolutely necessary to have this controlled fineness compared with a good flowability and a high bulk density of the endproduct which our System delivers constantly.
This size of Machine is available with a main drive of up to 132 Kilowatt depending on material and the required throughput.
Thanks to the optimized airflow through the machine, combined with the Grinding elements, the Material has a logical lead through the Mill.
This allows us to grind even temperature sensitive Materials at ambient temperature, such as PP, ABS, PET, and also EVA.
Another advantage of the grinding elements is, that they have a longer lifetime, which means less downtime for the customer.
The system works fully automatic, temperature- and load controlled.
