Look for clues. Warm color on cools will cause sallowing or an unnatural unflattering yellowing to the skin. Cool colors on warm skin will wash the skin out and replace it with a blue-gray tone especially around the nose and mouth area making you look like you aren't breathing right. In either case correct color will brighten and clarify the skin, give the chin area a natural lift, and make the skin look young and healthy.
Hi Jen. This is Tracy whom you analyzed 5 years ago. This was interesting to watch as my eyes too have gold specks even though they are grey green/ sea green. As I’ve gotten older more greenish blue. Your integrity shines through in your passion and comments. I watched my video from 5 years ago and read the comments. So interesting that some thought cool and some thought warm. I think you’re spot on but I do think I have some neutrality that does allow for warm pinks and some peaches. Still learning and will keep checking out your recent stuff as I know you’re on top of this. I think more of a close up of the eye would be good when getting pics too.
Neither the yellow nor the pink shades you showed suit me. A soft apricot looks better. My natural hair was dark mouse, eyes light teal with yellow flecks, veins all 3 colours, lightish skin which doesn't change much with sun. I think I'm predominantly a warm neutral, not too warm or cool , not too light or dark, not too bright but not muted. My best colours are greens and aqua, including some from other palettes. My foundation is a mix of a warm ivory and a cool calico.
Right. The demo wasn't to say those colors are colors you would wear. They are colors that would blend in with you better than the other. I don't wear golden yellow either. But it sounds like you have warm undertones. That's great! Bright warm and medium.
Okay, I'm still confused I need your help!! I have dark hazel eyes and I burn at first then tan. I have a pink undertone to my skin and light brown hair that sometimes looks as though it has a slight red tint in the winter and sometimes a light blonde tint in the summer

What if silver greys you out and gold looks better, even though it reflects up on your face a bit too much?
If gold looks better then you likely have warm undertones even if that gold isn’t your best color to wear.
@@YourColorStyle Its a difficult one as warmer colours bring out sallowness. It’s made me wonder if I’m pale olive. Or really really neutral!
