Here's my backstory for future Amy : Amy Rose decides to venture out on her own, leaving Knothole without a trace. While she was happy for the young couple, her memories of chasing her childhood sweetheart remained and caused her to feel as if all of her devoted time to Sonic was wasted. She then realised that it wasn't a waste; it just made her stronger. Amy visited needy cities and peaceful mountains to cleanse her mind of her troubled past. Along the way, she bumped into the brother-like duo, Mighty and Ray. Amy soon found herself in a relationship with Mighty, admiring his charm and honesty. He always thought Amy's perseverance and strength were some of her best traits, and they fought side by side. Mighty began to train Amy, and she learned to tactics and fighting skills just so she didn't have to rely on her hammer so much~ so yeah lmao I can kinda see them together since Mighty is similar to Sonic, but doesn't go cold turkey when it comes to romance. Anyway, I loved this dub! Keep up the great work, hun.
That is why I call him "King Psycho". To me, he is not Shadow. The real Shadow is a true hero. He protects the world and seeks to ensure that everyone in it has a chance to be happy, as he promised Maria. This guy in this universe is a sociopathic tyrant who has a sick vision of an ideal world. He thinks that he promised Maria that he would bring peace to the world, not happiness. Although, to me, all tyrants are crazy. What point is there in living in world of peace if no one anywhere in this world has any freedom or happiness? If only King Psycho could just remember the REAL promise that he made to Maria, as mentioned above. Maybe if were to take a walk through his father's diary, like Shadow did in the past prime zone. Maybe then he would get his memorries back and see the error of his ways. Maybe. *EDIT:* It took me 4 years to realize that this comment is not a valid reason to dislike a character's characterization. I think I was just rushing into it without really understanding what I dislike about King Shadow, plus I was fueled by my own bias, and misinforming due to other things.
why must Shadow be the bad guy? he should be more of an acquaintance to Sonic. I wish they'd become friends already. but Sega keeps screwing that up along with Archie. Shadow and Sonic are the best and I'd like more co-operation between them. Shadow's not a psycho as this comic shows. otherwise it's a great series :)
I remember feeling really depressed because shadow was the bad guy (I was a pathetic child back then) but now I really like this shadow. This version of shadow actually inspired my version of evil king shadow but he is never this cool. (Also it's because my king shadow is not shadow but some energy force taking over shadows body permanently so like the real shadow is dead). Anyways the voice acting and the drama put into this is so amazing, I can actually imagine it to be like an animation or something. Man I just feel sad that Archie comic sonic is gone now. All the stories are so good.
