I bought it, too and it's fantastic! I couldn't believe how nice and well it did several tops and a long summer dress! I couldn't have ironed that dress so nicely with a regular iron. With this vertical steamer, my dress got rid of any creases!

are you using distilled water? or are you clogging the inside with tap water? it will spit and stain becayse tap water isnt filtered from minerals. Its all the minerals depositing inside and destroying your steamer.
