sure it might not be the best book to listen for the purpose of sleeping but its still truth that needs to be told regardless of any situation. i personally find revelations interesting, therefore i could sink into thought about it all causing me to fall asleep. And that might give room for visions while sleeping so i see it as a win but you do you :)
Guess that's why 'Revelation' is written in the video title - so you know if you want to listen to it or not! But if hearing about what is to come actually freaks you out that much...then you haven't laid as much at the foot of the cross as you think you have.
