Papa Roach all im gunna say is thank you....about 4 years ago i got mugged (guy cracked a bat on my back) and i felt my life was going nowhere....in constant pain on painkillers for my back and i thought who`d miss me? and popped open the pill bottle and the next song that plays on my headphones.....scars by you guys......and i broke down crying... your music....saved me from myself.....if it wasnt for your music.....i wouldnt be here right now.....so once again thanks for saving me from myself.

I'm also glad we will not have that issue here. This'll be more a return to the original style of Infest with plenty of Rap-Rock. Machine Gun Kelly is on Sunrise Trailer Park, which will be very heavily reminiscent of the of style P-Roach. We also have a punk flavour with the likes of Help, and there will be a bit of R&B n Rap with Skylar Grey in Periscope..That song's gonna be their ballad song focus for their album which has become tradition now ala Forever, Gravity etc.
It's gonna be a diverse an interesting album. I welcome the stripped, back to roots approach. Mixed with their matured sound. This ain't gonna be anything like "Now that's what I call Linkin Park: Top 40 pop edition"

Man were people wrong about the lyrics 😂 I knew it wasn't "I can't pretend that I've been through hell". I mean, that's a cool new way for an interpretation, but it was driving me nuts cause it made so much more sense for the lyrics to be as they are: "I can't pretend that I ain't been through hell" followed by the part before the last chorus "I think I need help, cause I put myself through hell". So awesome

When you've dealt with mental illness your whole life, it's hard to ask because YOU'RE not even sure what you need. When you have felt those things your entire life, they become very normal to you. You get so used to people misunderstanding you, you don't see the point. When you've dealt with it for 30+ years, I can imagine how one would feel never-ending and hopeless. I know "help" seems like an easy question, but it isn't a lot of the time. It's hard to grasp how exactly they're going to help (not saying they can't bc they absolutely can). The truth is, none of us really know what was going on in Chester's life. We don't know what he felt or what finally lead him to that point. That's his journey. Although heartbreaking, it's his story. Of course we can relate to what mental illness(es) he was experiencing, but we do not know Chester's brain. Only Chester knew Chester's brain. Much love and respect to him. ❤ May he forever rest in peace.

Great lyric video! Honestly one of the best I've seen. Who remembers having to make mix tapes for friends or crushes by having to listen to the radio all day with a tape in and ready to hit record when the song came on the radio? Mix tapes had so much love and thought put into them because of that. Btw, past the nostalgia, I would never want to go back. I was so stoked when I got my first portable CD player and then again when I got an iPod. I am happy recording technology has made such big leaps. But there was something to listening to the radio all day and getting to learn the song names and bands by eventually picking it up from the DJ
