1 in Swedish is "ett", so Hov1 equals to "hovett" which is pronounced like "hovet". Hovet is a short version of Kungliga Hovstaterna, which is the Swedish royal court. Hovet is also an arena close to Globen, mainly used for ice hockey, but I am fairly sure that the boy band Hov1 is referring to the royal court. 😄 2 years later, but you should do a reaction to the parody band Lov1, I think they emulate Hov1 perfectly with some really good satire!
