Yo turtle, I think I have a very good route to get all the bosses from the crown vault on loop, In 1-1 you brake the skull to get inverted magnet, then in 1-2 you go towards the fish. Then you need to have st least 1 modifier, in the fish boss first you go to the YV mansion and then sacrifice it to get in to the jungle, you defeat the Box, rescue the pink sheep, and kill the cat. Then when you Loop, in 1-1 you go towards the graveyard, killing the bird, and then you continue normally to kill the big assassin and the big Cristal. I think that is the only way to get it in 1 loop (I'm not skillful enough to do it, so it might be botched)
