THANK U MY HORSE IS VERY SENSITIVE IN HIS BACK THIS WILL HELP HIM THANK U AGAIN...
So very much appreciated!! I have purchased a Friesian brood mare and would like to start riding her. These will be excellent to build her topline! 💯🙏 🐴💕
super clear instruction and thank you
I’m trying to build up my horses muscles to help with jumping so this is a great video. Thank you!
CONTRACTION OF THE VENTRAL CHAIN OF MUSCLES ON THE HORSES BOTTOM LINE IS MOST IMPORTANT.. THE TOP LINE MUST BECOME ACTIVATED BUT MUST STAY RELAXED1

great tip! by activating the horses core, the dorsal chain becomes a bridge that supports the rider like a sling. no actual muscle contraction in the back is needed to carry the weight
I need to strengthen my horses quads due to stifle lock. If you could show best excercises for this that would be great.
Lovely, thank you. Glad to find you
Thanks for this. I'm beginning a part loan that has lost her top line she is 21 but still healthy, so it's good to know how I can help her!
I also have a 21 y/o horse who’s lost some topline! I’m trying different things to get his back too.
Me too! She's 21 and had previously bad fitting saddle and riding. I'll see what I can do to rehab and make her more comfy during riding. Here's to the 21s!
Thank u for the tips :)

Are these more effective before or after exercise?
I'd say they are more effective before! In an ideal world, apply both before and after :D
