Top most Executives, Decision makers and Public Sector Implementation Officers i.e Chief Minister Sindh is the Controlling Authority, Chief Secretary Sindh and Concerned Minister are directly RESPONSIBLE on such failures in Sindh and alike may be in KPK, AJk, Balochistan and Punjab.
Even question mark on the role of Hon'ble Courts of Law😢🇵🇰😱

We, as a society, cannot solely blame individuals or administrations for systemic issues. We often remain silent in the face of wrongdoing. Education has been reduced to a mere degree, a symbol of status rather than a pursuit of knowledge. Our educational institutions prioritize marks over understanding, perpetuating outdated teaching methods. We undervalue education, treating it as a secondary concern. Instead of striving for self-improvement, we resort to blaming others, whether it's the system or the administration. It's time to break this cycle. We must speak up and actively work towards a better educational system."
Here are some additional points you could consider:
      Lack of critical thinking
      Limited access to quality education
      Parental involvement
      Teacher training and development
      Digital literacy

Sir rightly pointed out the urgent need for both structural reforms and a cultural shift in Pakistan's education. Emphasizing technical and vocational training can better equip students for the job market, while addressing the divide between elite and public institutions could help standardize quality and access to resources. Additionally, integrating AI and emerging technologies in the curriculum will prepare students with future-ready skills, reducing brain drain and creating a more adaptable workforce. These changes, though challenging, are crucial for Pakistan's progress.
