How does Aspire fit in, and work with existing pipelines, source control, and as part of a CI/CD process. It's nice to be able to do a lot of these Dev Ops tasks easier, but it is it at the cost of a solid CI/CD process?
Would love to see how this would fit in with CI/CD, how we can access the dashboard for our live services securely. How we can pass secrets to our generated infra code.
Blazor WebAssembly no. Blazor Server is hard to compare with Angular, but it does have instant startup even for big big applications, since there is no bundle being downloaded. Also with Blazor Server you don't need to build client / server communication, such as WebAPI, Swagger, etc. The only real advantage of Blazor WebAssembly over Angular is that you can use .NET in both, backend and frontend. Otherwise Angular/React wins in terms of performance, maturity, community, 3rd party libraries and so on.
I agree. All the fake smiling and energy. The choreographed spontaneity. It's painful to watch, but also how MS presentations have been for a while unfortunately. The important part is that the content is good :)
Seriously...this release ticks a lot of boxes for me. But the biggest win is the vscode C# DevKit. So many users of vscode will now more easily be able kick the tires on all the amazing stuff. And ASPAspire...that was a box I didn't even know I needed checking. Nicely done.
Dan’s the man. Microsoft is lucky to have him and the Scotties.
.NET is such a clean and amazing framework and C# is a great and enjoyable language!
Kudos to the Whole Team! Wish Y'all, All The Best! Keep making it better faster and as small as possible!

I saw pageload at the time of filter selection?
Thanks for all of the innovation and hard work that you guys have put into everything for making life easier for so many around the Globe! 🙂👍
How many times did you spot Scott Hunter ?
You mean "Random Guy", the superhero we didn't know we needed
How Blazor Server Side Rendering is faster than simple Blazor Web Server?
Can we move all code demos to a dark mode theme? My eyes would appreciate it!
Nop
Hello Microsoft. The content may be as great as you want, but if you get two adds every 3 minutes, it completely cuts the rythm of the videos.
Is blazor faster or better than angular or react ?
I can tell you the debugging is a lot easier / faster. Render performance is very slightly behind but the HTTP Client is much faster.

This is exciting
finally maui on vs code. i can get ride of the normal visual studio :)
Is .core back? I’m a little confused as usual haha
Core is part of the name for a couple of app models. So ASP.NET Core or EF Core, but just .NET when referring to the main product.
Nothing like shipping to prod when recording a keynote session
Scott hunter found count below - 😂
This was like watching a Hallmark movie. Sooo cheesey. When was the last time you heard anyone say darn when their code didnt compile? 😂😂😂

Maybe they laid off the competent people and left with all the juniors to handle presentations
Great job 🎉
Too much ads for a conf video
Amazing.
I work migration on several projects. Just started with Razor and there is nothing about Razor in this!! Migrations have become nightmare!!

I love u .net8? Do you know me? I'm samadi's father
😮
Surrealia without as much pink.
pretty nifty 🤢🤮
Microsoft is so much indianized
May be because the CEO is from India.
Even if your Unproven assumption was right, WHO THE FUCK CARES?
Nifty cringefest
We are .net8 and still have long class names and long argument names lol
What's wrong with long class names?
As long as they are good at expressing their intent, that shouldn't be a problem imo
