Important messages deserve respect. No fluff, no emotional music, no gimmicks. Thank you for teaching us to love the journey more than the destination, and thank you for doing it by being you. It was powerful.
You’re welcome Kiran! 👊🏾😁
Man this shit was inspirational, had to subscribe, i used to be like that, was impatient, i wanted to get bigger, all that, been training (weights) since i was 19, but never was consistent, never ate healthy, or drunk enough water, hurt myself sometimes, made mistakes, all that good stuff, but I learned more about me, and the journey, and found the love for the long term goal of it, starting at 160 pounds at the age of 19 height of 6 feet, i stopped a lot, at one point I wasn’t even lifting for like 2 years, then after that a year, but now 24, been training consistently seriously, for almost a year now, i weigh 191 and 6 foot 3, and im loving it, i look good, feel good, and i learned so much over the years, and i am still learning as i go
this silence between your words... and were you put in the work while the whole gym is quiet and empty...is VERY POWERFUL! WOW!
Great video and great glutes bro. I love the message. It’s painfully slow. It was the slowest process ever getting strong, getting lean, getting rich. Slow down when you’re going fast!
I think it would be great for you to take us through a natty Professor photo album and show us your progression from a soccer player to bb to pl and so on.
Gonna go hunt down some photos
thanks for everything Nsima. This message is so real, I'm a musician and this applies to my craft as well. YEARS.
Yep! Gotta put in the time man
Good inspirational message. Long-term, life-changing incremental changes. Building block after block after block till you've built a personal Egyptian pyramid, if that's what you want. Going slow & smart means lessening chances s of injury, which causes setbacks. Stronger than you were last month, last week, yesterday, means you're on the right track. Good inspirational message.
Definitely an important message that everyone needs to hear 🙏🏾
I agree! Thanks Juanita
Right on time!! Great reminder: patience and consistency = success. Life, lifting, jiu-jitsu, applies to all! Great video! Appreciate the motivation! Keep it coming 💯
Will do man!
Just started and I'm 42 year's young lol 😉. I've still got few year a head of me so here it goes. Thank you for the message 🙏
That's a fact. Speedy gains just don't happen. Not even gear is a miracle worker. It takes hard work and dedication. Great message
You are so much right, Nsima!
In my life, my favorite conversations are when people look at my body and tell: "ah, your lucky, and it's genetics". I am laughing these times and tell - yes, it took me about 12 years of constant work, being boring (going to sleep in time, eating clean, etc.) to get lucky. Yes, it's genetics and real luck too: I was lucky enough to born without any congenital diseases, and I am a male - which gives me genetics to produce more testosterone than a woman does, so for me it is easier to build muscle. But when people think of looking like and athlete and being strong, they really somehow look for easy and quick options. But there is only one sustainable way, which is simple (not easy, but simple) and not quick but long lasting: disciplined training with good eating and sleeping habits, crowned with proper stress management. I am 40 years old now, and besides having a sedentary 9-5 job, and a family, I am still in the best shape of my life and evolving. And the fun fact is I never chased the "dream body", it is just a byproduct of the workouts I like to do.
I like this video because it is different, not selling, raw and well shot. good job ^_^
I will be 26 early july and I train now 10 years on and off with so many injuries, setbacks and program quitting...really feeling it!
Absolutely loved this video and how you did it. I’ve been thinking this way for sometime now as I know it to be true. Thank you☺️💪🏻🙌
Rite on bro. This is facts foreal.... Great video
Eye opening and powerful message. Thank you!
THANK YOU for this honest and inspiring video. I struggle to know what to do with the time I put in. Do you have any recommendations for workouts or routine? Also, thoughts on nutrition?
Oh you know I'm doing chest ,maybe some tris later...what are you working today?
Nsima: yes
Everything, I’m doing everything today
Thank you. I definitely needed this today.
Yep!
Patience is key
I barely had the patience to watch your full video
Thanks, man, needed this today...!
Amazing video.
This just made me feel worse I want it to happen fast and I feel lost because I don’t know what exercises to do to reach the goal I want
Yes
"there is no easy way out....there is no short cut home.......there is no easy way out....giving in can be wrong......" hahahahahah. Right you are.
YUP!
15 years and Damn worth it.

💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
This video was real as f***
Thanks my guy
I think this is my favourite fitness video I've ever seen
This is the most important message we all need to hear. I was talking to my homegirl about her fat loss goals and mentioned that she needs to focus on the progression than trying to lose fat within a month. I'm bulking correctly and I already know that it'll take a few years of consistency and discipline to reach my body, calisthenics, and strength goals. That said, I love seeing the steady progress of my body and strength over time. Looking forward to more years of amazing progress for myself.
Great message, Nsima! Stay well
Same to you man, and stay at it 👊🏾
3:15 that was the most important thing for me on my journey. I tried to be healthier once before and stuttered out the gate. This time around before I ever stepped in a gym or ran a mile, I made a conscious decision and started looking at true models of success.
I love the visual style of this shoot. Great job! The content is as good as always.
Thanks Rob, wanted to try something new haha
2 years of changing my mindset and my body and any time I’ve rushed ANY OF IT, There seemed to be an immediate humbling experience or injury to slow me down or put me back where I was. Like the universe sitting me down and giving me a pat on the shoulder. Calm down guys, you’re becoming your best selves. This isn’t Botox. 💪
it all makes sense, how i could i have been so stupid
inspirational video
Looks like I'm going to watch every single bloody video.👏 new favourite youtuber
legend has it, to this day,
if you listen carefully, you can still hear him saying, "fifteen years'...
You’re a beast brother! Got about 7 years on me. That 7 years of grind is very apparent.
Thank you for this video Nsima. What a pleasant change of pace, in hectic times. :)
Consistency is key...soooo soooooooo soooooooo many people have just lost site of that!
powerful
👊🏾
This was great! Thanks Nsima

Not A Fan Of BB As His Chest Are Weak
?? I’m confused lol
what shorts are you wearing?
I’m not sure really, just threw them on
@@NsimaInyang damn.
How did your body look 15 years ago?
At 13? Not super impressive, but I was 7 years into soccer by that point. By 16 I was about 210 or so 🤷🏾♂️
@@NsimaInyang i see thanks. So i guess for you its a bit easier to have this mentality since you always looked somewhat decent ? Is the body that you currently have your dream body?
Love this!!
Thanks for commenting, and I appreciate the support!
No problem, you’re a huge inspiration!
