Wauwww so profound! I was already practise this but onley zooming out when I looked in front of me to an object, till I see everyting in the corners of my eyes. When I wiggel my fingers next to the eyes, I can see them to. When I zoom out I directly feel it in the body - for me a slightly nautisch feeling in the stomac. As well peacefull and relaxed. 29:07 I directly ‘new’ that this out zooming is important. Sooooo grateful for your approch Helen 🙏🏻✨ because the space arround the object works better for me and I get it now that I can do it with everyting … my body, thoughts, feelings, other bodies.😂 i didn’t realise this before. Thank you so much ❤🙏🏻
