Dangote cement is more expensive in nigeria than any other African countries, so ya’ll need to stop praising him and I bet same would go for the price of the petrol at the pump. In Saudi Arabia petrol is cheaper than water and same goes to UAE, Qatar and Kuwait. Nigeria is the only country in the world with massive crude oil punishing her citizens for no reason.

@@tayobibicommodities like cement is more expensive in Nigeria compared to other countries not bcos of the Producers like Dangote but bcos Nigeria as a country operates a horrible business climate, characterized by endless Taxes from Federal down to Local Govt, Horrible infrastructure, No Light/Huge energy costs, FX madness etc which all makes Operating Costs very high compared to other countries. Nigeria also ranks 131 out of 190 countries on the Ease of doing Business index across the globe making it one of the worst places to do business in the world. All these factors determine the costs of commodities. Producers dont just wake up and fix prices as they wish. Anyone who can read and write should understand these little things

If they sell at 40 dollars a barrel that's like 26 million dollars a day in production if at 50 dollars that like 32 million dollars per day in production value. This will help the economy.
