    man 5RM deadlift is no joke. Much less on the same day as pause squats. Good stuff man hope the move is going well

    Have you tried negatives on deadlift?

      @@UA-camr-ku4nk like deficit deadlifts, standing on a little raised platform? If so, then yes! They are actually on this program I've been doing. I have deficit deadlifts on Mondays and regular deadlifts on Fridays! Thanks for checking out the vid!

      No, I meant like instead of dropping the bar you would bring it down slowly. Fairly new research shows that the negatives are the most effective because you stretch the muscles while being under load and it is the most effective at the most stretched position. It is even more effective that full range of motion drills.
