Hey bro, I am trying to link you for the "collab with me" but it is redirecting me to the main Beatstars website. :/ If you could answer me to that (sending me a PM, mail... would be the top hahaha but I understand if you dont) ;) Thanks for the videos! amazing stuff! 🔥🔥
In final cut you can also use the “synchronize audio” feature it helps so you don’t have to line up the audio of both clips manually. Thanks for this video L Dre you’re the man 🥳🙌🏽
Pro-tip for final cut x: When working on videos like this it is always a great practice (once audio and visuals are synced, of course) to detach the audio file from the video so that it goes down to the audio track where you can delete the clip entirely, use as scratch track, etc. You can do this by simply right-clicking the video and a drop-down menu will appear, where you will see an option "detach audio". I hope this can help others like me who are trying to learn music production during this quarantine, I'm more of a video guy myself and use this workflow hack when I edit music videos. You continue to inspire L.Dre. Just wanna spread that positive vibe and knowledge! Great work and keep droppin that fire :)
Thanks for making this man, I like your viewpoint on programming the layers live vs. recreating the visual, always struggled with that concept a bit. Good stuff.
this was mad helpful bro i was already making beat vids on ig like this but this cleared even more stuff up. would be dope if you could show how you make these vids too like how you record your voice and edit it with the screen recordings etc
Can you explain why you don’t use midi for your drums and just drag the one shot to the arrangement, you mentioned it in one of your video but can you explain it a lil more
2 Simple reasons. 1 I think it just hits harder like its a very slight difference but I can hear it but the only way to know for sure is if you try it for yourself. 2: It makes it way easier to mix and export stems. Hope that helps G !
SUBBED!!! This is real helpful for a beginning UA-camr bro. Thank you for this! Appreciate you sharing a helpful tip for us producers! #IQHD #OutHustleMe
Back on a Old vids ..Hey Yo .... L fam your beat are dope you helped us many many time but im not sure about something on one of your video you showed us how to make cover art etc for instagram... quick question : can i use artist picture for my type beat on instagram or i better leave that blank . yo fan Lucid :P
Yo Dre how is the audio recorded since you’re not using the iPhone to record in hand. Is that internal recording? I’m trying to get the best audio without recording the room.
hey L. Dre, great video. I have a music marketing question for you. On my channel I upload my own music only (music videos, lyric videos, etc. ) , but I also make beats and am really into the mixing side. Would you recommend creating a separate channel for tutorials regarding that, or combine everything on the same (my current) channel? Thanks in advance.
Hi L.Dre I enjoyed the video you shared with us man. I am putting up videos on Instagram and UA-cam. I am not a tiktok user but after watching this video I am going to start putting my music videos on tiktok now. Would love to have a conversation with you about getting your music out to the world. Best Regards Kai
I'm gonna have to cop all these tips! But since I don't have a drum machine, I'm gonna film myself making a beat on a French's mustard bottle. I'm gonna title the video DJ Yellow Mustard. Mind if I @ you in it? jk
Or you can hide the 8 bar loop somewhere along the grid say like 128 bar or so and just replay every instrument when recording 😌…it’s really not cheating if you actually made the beat lol

Does he record his audio in this just straight from the camera mic?
Wondering the same thing.
Mute mic put exported Wav file. use the camera mic just to line things up
Dope video!
Ayyye thanks 🙏🏾
SUBBED!!! This is real helpful for a beginning UA-camr bro. Thank you for this! Appreciate you sharing a helpful tip for us producers! #IQHD #OutHustleMe

Great info bruh..but what did you do for promoting your videos before you had so many subscribers?
Back on a Old vids ..Hey Yo .... L
fam your beat are dope you helped us many many time
but im not sure about something on one of your video
you showed us how to make cover art etc for instagram...
quick question : can i use artist picture for my type beat on instagram
or i better leave that blank .
yo fan Lucid :P
Yo Dre how is the audio recorded since you’re not using the iPhone to record in hand. Is that internal recording? I’m trying to get the best audio without recording the room.
I just bounce the beat and sync it up
Do you know how to use slicex to do the 1/4 tapping for the sample?
How do you record the audio? Do you use a screen recorder or do you export it?
For sure he instagram videos? That’s just the export from the daw
@@LDreTheGiant Okay thanks so much! I appreciate the help big time!
@@LDreTheGiant Got any videos explaining this? Not sure how exporting the beat records what you're doing in the video.
What program are you using to screen record
🤣🤣5:50 is all finessing 👏🏾👏🏾
how do you make the little graphic at the end?
hey L. Dre, great video. I have a music marketing question for you. I can also use this for tik tok right?
What’s the name of the beat in the background??
I'm gonna have to cop all these tips! But since I don't have a drum machine, I'm gonna film myself making a beat on a French's mustard bottle. I'm gonna title the video DJ Yellow Mustard. Mind if I @ you in it? jk
That would be a hit 😂😂😂😂
How'd you create that IG tag banner with your name?
🙏🏼 Best editing phone app is Kinemaster if anyone would like to know 💯
👊🏾 is it weird editing a video of you editing? 😆
100% 😂
Subbed and now following on IG. Thanks bro!
Delete this!!! Youre making my competition stronger!😂
Haha time to level up 😂😂😂
Beautiful thing is most won't take the effort to even watch a video this long let alone learn this process. You still going to out work em fam!
When that pitch was different☠️☠️☠️😂
Nearly killed me lmao
Or you can hide the 8 bar loop somewhere along the grid say like 128 bar or so and just replay every instrument when recording 😌…it’s really not cheating if you actually made the beat lol
Step 1 : Have a good camera and not being ugly af
you can replace this step completely by "have good lighting"
Who else got an ad with fake music producers lol
L DRE, u read comments All my beats are on my website you got some ideas 💡 for me for a following
Thank you so much for sharing ♥️♥️♥️
