"System BIOS files for certain emulators you may want to run"... I cannot find any of the BIOS files I need for Retroarch to work. Does nobody know where to get these BIOS files?
Bi Blain quick question first part of the video you shoe a super nintendo file then a system file folder. What is kept in the system folder that u need to run with retroarch. Great video. Thanks. Scott

I want to install ALL of Retroarch (entire apk setup) onto SD card only, not the internal memory on my Android phone which only has 16GB. How do I do that?
How you going to release a video this week and convenienly leave out that retroarch doesn't work with Android 11? Sd and external hard drives don't scan.
Seems the Alph numeric folder doesn't show, any ideas? I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet. I did make sure my SanDisk 400gb micro SD card was formatted to exfat. I'm currently on Android 11 if that's the issue.
Does mupen64 works for you? It leads me to a black screen here after a few minutes. Plus it doesn't take up the whole screen (integer scaling is disabled). Any other core I tried works just fine. Thank you
Is there any way to permanently download the box art onto this system I've noticed if I leave one system and go to another it takes a few seconds to populate I would like to have it set up so that I don't have to be connected to the internet in order to get the box art
Hey Blane I just tried to install retro arch on my 2ds xl it is already jailbroken and when I tried to put the retro arch file in the cias folder it said I needed permission can you please help me on this.
You don't need to have a pc you can download roms and bios on android but you need the bios name to be BIOS_CD_J.BIN for A sega CD Japanese bios BIOS_CD_U.BIN for A USA sega cd bios

I just checked, unfortunately not, it could be done in theory, but the complexity of the Ps3's 8 core IBM PPC architecture would make scaling emulator code across all those cores very difficult.
@@blainelocklair In future they are releasing retroarch version 1.9.1.so Maybe they can put dolphin core for PS3 retroarch.I know it's difficult but it can be done?
@@blainelocklair lol it’s a raspberry pie which is a tiny computer and a software call retropie based off of Linux u can upload roms from nes to Ps1 and n64 maybe more it’s used to Make bootleg handhelds

You forgot to mention that you need the roms, then you need to extract the file then take the file you just extracted and place in your roms folder.

android 11 no longer supports apps like retroarch reading your SD card. Have to place roms on device internal storage

That system folder with bios files that you need to run emulators. Can't u just download them using retroarch. If not how do you fine them.
AT 3:15 it only shows self and emulated folders it doesn't show the 4EC-A1B6 folder
