I have the problem that the autobed leveling is running correct. But after finetuning i can see different hights when i print a round circle of 80mm. Left and Right is to high (later the print will warp at this points), up and down is a bit to low. I have retried this procedure 3 times. The result is the same. What could it be? Then I don't have the feeling that the Z+ and - buttons are saved like in the video.
My issue is that before and after I added a pei metal sheet for better adhesion, it still acts the same with every print where it simply doesn’t stick and it curls upwards and seemingly extruded less filament than when I first used it. I’m not sure if it’s my machine that’s the problem but I would like to test this out with a different machine. I bought mine through Amazon a couple weeks ago and it’s given me issues since I got it unfortunately
Only thing is my prints sometimes fail as they come off the plate but i think it's the expansion while heated making layer rub so I'll recalibrate while heated
Self leveling never worked for my printer. I have to manually do all the leveling points. I have never been able to print directly on the surface. I always use blue painter's tape. I wish the leveling worked, because the bed has +-0.5 differences in height when hot, which is terrible.
Hi FLSUN - I have a QQ S Pro and my autolevel is not working. When I click autolevel with the sensor plugged in, but it does not move. It previously had worked well. Can you advise pls? Thanks!
Well after many hours I found what was wrong one the bolts on the arms were loose giving a corner a un leveled area after tightening it worked alot better, I've also ordered a glass sheet to go on top of the bed ill give an update on how well this works when it arrives
I don't understand how you only adjust a little after leveling, and me after leveling i need to move it like 3.2mm down, my z0 doesn't stay 0, its moves
i got mine to work very easily by adjusting everything on the machine, lubricating properly and tightening anything that was lose. After proper belt alignment and tension, printer was super quiet except the fans which you can replace with noctuas. Super fast printer one dialed in properly. also make sure to check your hot end and fish eyeball screws are right, literally check everything. cheers
So proud of myself for doing this! I also did more as belts where twisted so i had to unattach and reattach them

Do you remove the top layer of the bed? Some show it in place. Others show the lattice surface. Confused...
We don't need to move the bed when auto leveling
at the bottm, ate the belts meant to be twisted?

If you don’t plug in the leveling module and click on z0, can it come down?
If it can, it should be that the leveling module is broken.

Each machine needs its own levelling parameters, so the adjustment values will be different.

Im facing real printing issues with qq s pro. The initial layer curls up and starts sliding off the plate
Not hot enough
Also might be too high.
Take whatever you guys say with a pound of salt they get these printers free I bought mine it is junk

My Z offset ist every print start an other ... So my printer is only nice to watch but is not printing 👍
