Strawberry Coconut Peda - Easy Mithai Recipe
Strawberry Coconut Peda is a very easy and quick mithai recipe. It uses few ingredients and it is quick to make and even easy for beginners. Peda are usually made using khoya or mawa but here we have used fresh cream. Variation in this recipe include using pineapple or mango flavouring instead of strawberry. This mithai is ideal for any auspicious occasion at home or even using it in pooja for Janmasthami or Ganesh Chaturthi celebration.

+Alka yes you can! About 2-3 tbsp should be enough. But reduce sugar by 1 tsp since squash is already sweet

+Ruchi Jindal strawberry is a seasonal fruit and not available currently. You can cook real strawberry pieces with some sugar before adding to this mixture or you can also use some strawberry crush.
