My taste palate have changed since leaving Philippines 23 years ago. I prefer much less salt, soy sauce and rice now…Russian food is healthy and delicious too…dolma, beetroot salad with yogurt & walnuts. I like the buttered bread with salmon roe, pastry bread with spinach/mozzarella filling, tabule salad ( partly Armenian food) i will definitely try to whip up that recipe that your mom and kids are making since I love cottage cheese. I hope you will also cook a few russian recipes in your vlog. It’s nice watching your family and your parents enjoying &interacting w each other.❤
Valentina, you can cook pilipino foods even when you're in Germany, like pork spare ribs/ beef soup, just add onion tomato and cabbage,beans, and add salt,pepper and chicken stock. You can also make adobo chicken or pork. You can make a lot of pilipino foods where ever country you are Just use your imagination.

Many countries now are serving Filipino foods in restaurants especially in U.S. & Canada, there are more Food Trucks & Filipino street foods as well. I've seen foreigners abroad married to Filipino/Filipina are cooking traditional Filipino dishes & many make it a business. There is a lady in Amsterdam she is doing catering & have restaurant exclusive of Filipino dishes & she is very fluent in speaking Tagalog.

Indian foods have strong spices & most of their dishes have more added chilly. If you will observe the spices they are using in their foods majority uses the same strong spices that is why it looks similar with color of turmeric or red chilly + too oily. They have very good unique spices, just too strong for South East Asian people where dishes have mild taste.
Also Chicken tinola you can cook there. Alternative for green papaya and chayote, use zucchini and spinach alternative for moringa leaves. It's good for the cold weather. It's a comfort food😘🤌Just saute first the garlic, onion, ginger and chicken meat.

nah, it is sugar that give us much problem. Filipinos cook are not so salty nor spicy, but ofc noodles is not good and processed food which most filipino eat. Avoid it, we have plenty of wet market, learn how to cook proper food. What I like about west is that they uses many spices, we do not have much of it or very expensive in our country. Hope we can do about it. But sugar really make our healthy down. Salt is fine, just do not over use or eat it.
Valentina, sorry that there arent any Carenderias in Russia .....but you can cook Filipino food if there is none around ... For example, Adobo is so simple to make . Fry some chicken in a pan until brown... add garlic ....then soy and vinegar.... then allow the sauce to thicken. Voilà ...Adobo! Serve over hot rice.
