These are STUNNING but my goodness it drives me NUTS when people don’t cap the tip when they’re using color at the tip. Leaving it blank with a sliver of just blank nail base color is so unfinished and DIY looking! And to everyone who wants to reply to me saying “it’s to keep the sharpness to the shape of the nail so it doesn’t look bulky”- that’s not an excuse nor an argument. You can do one super thin layer of the color being used to cover the base product - especially if you’re using black - just a thin capping of the tip will maintain that sharp shape while actually finishing the actual design portion of the service. Not to mention the fact that not capping the tip can cause delamination and chipping. CAP 👏🏼 YOUR 👏🏼 TIPS! 👏🏼 Even when top coating after color/design is finished! You can do it without making it look bulky.

Seriously, you LITERALLY CALLED HER A 'HACK' , STATING ONLY DIY TECHS don't I have to say that I find the rant this person spewed out held more than just his opinion based on a professional blatantly & frankly very RUDELY spat out of the mouth of someone w a very strong opinion on something very personal in any individuals style/ DO UR OWN THING...IF U FEEL U HAVE T CAP UR TIPS THEN GO FOR IT HIS COMMENT PISSED ME OFF SP MUCH AT THE DISRESPECT THAT WAS SHOWN BY HIM.... I COULDNT BE PISSEDD TO EDIT THIS COMMENT OF MINE AS U CAN TELL I WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE IN MY THOUGHTS ... SORRY I NEVER FINISHED THIS BUT IM PRETTY SURE U CATCH WHAT IM THROWING.

I like to add acrylic powder sometimes to make it a little thicker when I’m doing lines and art. It makes it more like a gel paint
