Can confirm how raw it is driving an early Z car. I have owned my 73 for about half a year now and it’s been an experience. I actually daily drive it, and many people ask why I don’t keep it garaged. It’s simple, go drive one of these and then tell me you can find another car that gives you the same experience. It’s very hard to replicate but there’s just something so addicting to driving a very minimalistic car as this. I also have a 1993 Audi S4 (2.2L inline 5 turbo) with a hybrid Volvo turbo that makes 350awhp on 91oct, but the Z is just so fun to drive. And it’s a real head turner
Incredible build. Incredible car. I personally wouldn't have gone with the black hood, but that's just my taste. It's definitely a dream of mine to restore a Datsun 240 Z one day if I ever have the money.
Great looking car! I have a '76 with an Ls1 and T56. Anyone wondering why people would swap this motor need to go for a third gear pull...its effortless power and always puts a smile on your face.
@@eddieace345 Most of it's been well sorted out. Had a '74 with an LS7... extremely visceral ride but everything you could want for features, already exists in the market. Just do your research. 👍
I’m just getting into my project now, a 260z, but I’d really like to organize a meet for the PA 240/260/280 Z owners when possible. These S30s are great, this is my second one, and it seems like there are enough to make a good turnout.
I have a 500hp LS! 260z and not many people will feel safe in it. Cutting down on interior noise is key and I used deadening and sound absorbing materials.
One of my favorite cars! I've had 3! A 72, 79, and 81 t-top! But the person commentating seems not to know about the car. The car is the star! The commentator sucks!
Good luck. Hagerty has them valued on the low spectrum of 10k and the best being upwards of 50k. You would hate to hear how much I got mine for 😅 $1500. Not 15k but $1500. It was a deal of a lifetime from one of my childhood friends
The main reason I decided to sell was because the car too extreme for what I wanted to do with it. Too many days here in Pennsylvania that I couldn't drive it. Values have changed since I sold it a year ago. If I were selling it today I wouldn't take less than 40k.
Bro, if you cant handle raw, then dont review them.. stay with the imports and cookie cutter builds... thanks for sharing, but the dislike coming across on the drive, turned me away from future reviews.. good luck forward though...

That’s a cool combo. I know the 944 guys are using them in their swaps. I really need to drive one of these cars.
@@BringItMuscleCars if YOU dont know what a 240Z is, you really need to educate yourself so you dont sound like such a KNOB!

She has arrived safely to her new home in Los Angeles! Thank you Jeremy.
Awesome! New beginnings!
It would sure be nice to know the number that made you sell her! What an amazing car!!

I’m debating the swap now In my 73 but I am looking for something very straight forward, not something I have to try to pioneer.

One of my favorite cars on Instagram..Review his replacement too..good job guys!!
That’s the plan.
Nice build! 👌 Super clean, I like the car, the color, the engine and all.
just about to start this swap on my 280z, this is some great inspiration!
Let me know how it goes

Dynamat is a life safer in these builds. That an/or good jute backing.
@@zaknefain100 yep. Keeping the drone and exhaust note out helps.
Beautiful Z. What type and size are those wheels?
What’s the specs on those wheels they fit perfect with flairs
I’m doing a tr6060 swap just wondering what brake master cylinder bore you picked with the clutch master cylinder. Was it hard to find the wilwood?!
New owner is lucky 🤙
Yes he is.

This review sucked,it was more like the owners review.
I agree, this guys a massive KNOB! The cars owner, Jeremy is cool!!
any idea how much he paid for it? I’ve seen some for sale on marketplace but don’t know what a fair price is.

Make sure to follow Clementine on Instagram @datsun_240z_ls3 Thanks for the video. I had a great time filming it with Jared!
I’ll put it in the description

I’m going to do an LS swap of a 280z, but I have no idea how to swap. Any tips?
He actually bought the car that way. I do believe they make some kits that make the swap easier.
I dig it ! Love a LS motor
They definitely make ideal swap motors.
@@BringItMuscleCars don’t tell a foxbody guy that ! Lol
@@Jack-b5o6r I’d much rather see a coyote in a fox but I understand why they swap a LS. It’s the only way a LS can be fast. 😂
Did he say a 120Y? Wtf?
cost $
120y 🤣🤣🤣
selling his car because it doesn't have wipers. why not just buy wipers?
Yes and the summer tires don't hook up during the winter months!
