I never found out how to aim when I got the game for Christmas so I had aim assist on and on the last game of the season I turned it off, watched this video and got the best goal of my be a pro career thanks dude

Having trouble aiming, mostly getting the puck off the ice. Sometimes I can do it. But hopefully this helps. Like get ready to shoot then aim? or aim and shoot the same time?
@@jamman950 try working angles in practice mode with wrist shots as well as getting players in position for open slap shots. Also, try looking at the replay when you score to see what you did right. Thanks and good luck.
It should be the last option on the menu screen. Somewhere in the middle on the last page I believe. There are multiple options available such as 5 versus 3 or whatever set up you want. Going one-on-one with a goalie is also an option. All that stuff needs to be selected and then I think just hit start practice.

Best I can come up with is to let go of the speed boost then the aim should be more accurate.

Is it better to shoot while holding left trigger(L2) ? Or I don’t really need to ?

why doesn’t mine show the little target when i shoot?
Need it set up in training mode at the beginning. I think it can be changed from options and either controller settings or something else.
