Dear MotoWagon and Vel Sir, I want to share my personal experience booking a 3XO . During 2023 Nov I was searching for a vehicle and about to buy a Kia sonet, while I heard that 300 is getting a facelift which impressed me as I was a fan boy of XUV500. So I waited and booked on the same date of booking started. Waited for about 6 months, But the dealership was very bad, they keep on delivering to others but not to me.. often I use to visit the showroom for an update and they keep on saying 15days / month end/ next month start 100% you ll get vehicle. Sometimes they push me to upgrade my vehicle to automatic or diesel. But I refused coz I believe my decision is right and I really dreamt about the vehicle. At one point I understand they are delivering to those booked after me but not to me.. I am not sure why, I asked them why? they said they are priority customers and there is a push from MAHINDRA management to give priority ( am I not a potential customer or dealership giving a free vehicle to me?). I was handled very poorly and I felt very bad about choosing Mahindra and waited for about 1 year. Then on a point they asked me to cancel my booking ( what after waiting about 8 months). Till I didn't buy a vehicle. Now I am loosing my respect about the Brand. Can you give me a solution. If you want evidence you can check my booking and CC footage of the dealership where I at least visit 3 times a week and dreamt about riding a 3XO ( Polladavan film bike moment). I wish I ll get some answers from you please.
I totally agree with your experience with the dealership.Valu sir speaks a lot and lot about the vehicle.But the dealership behaviour is very poor,Mahindra customer care is a utter flop one.Even after sending multiple mail they never responded to anything properly.Me and my friends had very bad experience from different dealership Cbc Mahindra(trivandrum),Anand mahindra(Bangalore) and derik mahindra (Nagercoil).They are behaving like they are giving products for free.We are the beggars in front of the sales person.Nwver experienced it any more from other brand dealerships (maruti and Toyota) their customer care response is also very effective.
Then why are you waiting, move on to the next brand. Car buying is a combination of several things, how they treat their customer, booking and delivery experience, after sales service, reliability and accountability of dealers. Here the only visible thing was you have a fondness for Mahindra's vehicle that's all. The first part of car buying is booking a car, regarding to you that experience is horrible. so do you think you will get enough consideration after you own that vehicle or the vehicle driven off from their lot. Better you should consider anything else for your peaceful life.
bro super you are bold in questioning, xylo is good vehicle just need some new engineering to balance for this generation. could be occasional 7 seater or good business loading vehicle for small and medium size business.
@@ontheway2463 in which way?? Can you be more Specific?? My neighbor have a xylo d2. That's a cab. It crossed 4 lakh kms. I travelled a lot in that vehicle. Xylo major issue was rusting. You need to do a proper maintenance. Other wise clutch issues may come.

Actually I feel the waiting period problem is not with the dealership, it's 💯% Mahendra motors neglecting customer with out provide realistic time line. They are literally cheating customers with planned delays in delivering vehicles and increasing prices.
If they care about customer, they should not take order after a certain limit. Or they should clearly forecast Date of delivery. Imagine 175000 booking done for ROXX, x 21000 Rs each. 340Crores earning just by booking.

Couple of questions … - why Mahindra is not going for Hybrid - why they are not having 1.5 ltr 4 cylinder turbo petrol engine .. 2.0 ltr is very gas guzzling
Why because both tata and Mahindra are going for a full on EV and they don't think hybrid will succeed here, And engine wise they are still not onpar with their competitors like Hyundai or Honda for that matter Like they don't even have a proper 1.5 NA , and that's why they bet big on these three cylinder turbos and move on to the EVs And as for the 2 liters specially the diesels and they came from the outside initially and they developed it further , likewise in petrol too they were not traditional engine makers
