Couldn't a weak flush simply be due to the control stop not being open enough? That's of course under the assumption that there's enough incoming water pressure
Mines has enough incoming water but it doesnt flush everything down. Should i open the control stop more? I feel like i turned it counter clockwise like 6 times alrdy

He probably had a urinal diaphragm in the toilet which only allows enough water to flush a urinal.. not a toilet
