After getting blocked multiple times for showing too much of their choreography, we finally managed to edit the footage in a way that avoids any copyright issues.

Either way, we had an absolute blast geeking out over The Kings' creativity, athleticism, character work, and commitment to their craft. They push boundaries and leave us shocked every time. We appreciate you sticking with us through this editing process!

That last dance was from the Finals. They scored a perfect 100 on the judges scorecards. A first for WOD ever to score a squad a perfect 💯

As u can tell from the last piece, it was more like fighting thing. Well it is a form of Indian dance(don't remember the name though), it uses one of the oldest martial techniques called kalaripayattu.

If this was XYZ got talent, I would say they deserved it. But this was world of dance and honestly there were better dancers than them.
Like you said they added elements of cheerleading. This was like a performance you might see in a circus. Not saying circus performances are some easy stuff that's beneath dancers.
In world of dance, dancers should have won. One judge even said to the 1st runner ups that they are the dancers champion.
As a performance it was the best but as dance I would say it was not even close.

This is not hip-hop its India style
It's not Indian style.. It's completely hip hop and contemporary with Indian choreography, music and some acrobatics as well.. Original Indian style is classical dances like bharathanatyam, kuchipudi, shiva tandavam etc
