i did a workshop with Jeddah in Norway some three years back. It was really good and i cant remember it being that expensive. It may have been 500 punds for a weekend or something like that. It seems like she is marketing herself for businesses where the you can price yourself higher.

It seems most of her professional offerings are in the higher brackets money-wise, but the kinds of projects she's involved with seem very worthwhile. My sense is that her work is honest & probably effective, but not geared for the market that wants to buy a book or CD for less than $25 to access her basic approaches.

Great interview! Speaking of money ; I have all three series of meditations , which mentioned in this interview, I payed $20 per month over the year...so there is payments arrangements. ...it is the same like you go to the book store - they do not give you books for free, or they did not teach yoga classes for free - I look this way ; if it is ment fir you, if you are ready, you will get the money ;)) may be will go eat out less or spend less on drinks or clothes;)) Good luck!

0:54:00 - 0:58:00 or thereabouts. I am wondering about the source for her POV there, as previously she had mentioned _"the great white brotherhood"_ which is clearly of theosophic origin, and we all know what a load of plutocracy/masonry oriented garbage theosophy is, and J. Krishnamurti didn't trash it lifelong for no reason. In such cases it would be a *must* for the interviewer to ask whether that is what she gathers from books or talks or whether it comes from spiritual insight, and if so, what kind. Was she *told* that or does she *see* that ?
I keep playing with a gloomier interpretation of the seeming increase in spiritual "awakenings". Such awakenings happen under all kinds of duress: mental illness, poisoning, it happened like a plague in concentration camps, extreme stress, physical illness, psychedelics, what have you. Maybe, if these insights are a natural part of the deeper parts of our minds, all it takes for them to break through into our everday consciousness is some profound perturbation or injury to our nervous system. So perhaps, the increase is simply the result of a poisoned environment, mobile phone radiation and other electro-smog, destroying the health of our nervous systems.
How about asking your guests about that ? How are they so sure it is not simply this ?

BuddhaAtTheGasPump Are you just going to ignore my question about excessive charges by your guests? Don't want to bite the hand that feeds you?

Realise that to affect big companies and powerful people she has to do it this way. Deepak Chopra would not have been able to affect as many people as he has if he had remained poor and with no rich people asking for his favours.

I am very *wary of rating this one*. It would be a good interview if it was real, but there are several points that let the alarm bells go off for me: sharing the profits with big corporations who finance the events, being in another one of those NGOs, probably UN-registered next, this whole orientation towards the upper echelons, the suggestion that we should *just be in harmony with a supposed new age* coming up - that old trick, 2012 anyone ? And that things such as Fukushima or an Obama tolerating torture and killing more people than the Bushes through executive orders and drones...
[look thee here for some initial disillusionment:
    www.globalresearch.ca/who-are-the-architects-of-economic-collapse/10860 ]
...are just the birth pains of some higher energy coming in. "Just you trust (divine) business and make sure you do not participate in a serious revolt". And then of course "the great white *brotherhood*", clearly theosophical influence and not her own discovery, and the mere use of the word "brotherhood" itself (1:28:45 - 1:29:30) : if it didn't come from books and theosophy and some outer source, surely there wouldn't be any reason she would use the term at all. Why not then use "circle of light" or "great white cooperative". "Brotherhood" is a word that wouldn't be intuited from some higher plane of existence in which sex is irrelevant, so what is it that motivated her at all to use it ? An obvious reason would be if she is - unadmittedly ! - theosophically influenced, along with all the usual theosophical higher level cosmology, and these people have by and large admitted that it is a code for masonic fraternities where it is obvious why it is a brotherhood: women are not allowed. So what exactly is this woman about, I cannot tell, but I won't rate this interview. By and large, if these suspicions of mine are not just paranoia, it would be somewhere along along the lines of this whole phenomenon:

To be sure: I could be totally wrong and exaggerating suspicion, but I am just making sure we are on the safe side here. She certainly makes no attempt to relieve the suspicions to be expected with such associations. And I do know that her supposed deep involvement with buddhism didn't leave her with much understanding of those teachings. Not that buddhism would be the ultimate arbiter of truth, but what are we to make with such claims and her "quick advance" if she afterwards shows serious signs of having no understanding of those teachings at all. For instance confusing the realization of shunyata in the aspect of non-arising ("nothing ever happens") with the realms of nothingness is such a fundamental error and a sure sign she didn't receive *any* serious buddhist teachings or was otherwise incapable of understanding or recollecting them at all. So what are you to make of such a superior "realizer" who is so outstandingly inferior in recollecting and understanding the teachings ?

+Mary Gwen Dungan Mary, please explain to me why Rick is so gullible. He even trusts Penny Kelly. I think he actually believes this garbage. Don't reply here or your interesting post disappears form view.

+Mary Gwen Dungan What Sat Shree incident ? What website forum ? What are they disgusted by ? I don't think Rick is totally cynical about it. He actually believes that he is doing a good thing in every case. Of course his naivety helps him to get in the numbers. So I assume he is *half-intentionally avoiding to critically investigate his interviewees **_in order_** to maintain his naivety* because in the back of his mind he senses that if he were to restrict himself to serious cases, the number of his uploads would be decimated.

BuddhaAtTheGasPump Please respond to all the comments about the enormous fees charged by your guests such as this one. I'm clearly not alone in thinking that this is entirely contradictory to any genuine awakening/whatever, and would like to hear your view. Papaji refused to accept even donations, as did Nisargadatta and Ramana, that says an awful lot about who we should be listening to I"M"O. Documented in David Godman's video here: Papaji on charging money or asking for donations for satsangs

We now have a supermarket of spiritual teachers, if I don't like this brand I move on to the next. All very superficial and entertaining. So what to do? I suppose India has now moved to the rest of the world in this sense. Buyer beware is all one can say - or maybe we get what we are ready for, so it all works out OK.

Soon as it costs lots of money , I wonder why she should charge for some thing that is free. why doesnt some one ask her how big her bank account is ?. You will find she probably lives in a great big expensive house . and has all the comforts of life , The interviewer really sucks up to her ,

Jeeeezuz! Enlightenment is amazingly expensive these days. I watched the interview on Conscious TV and was not particularly impressed. In fact, I found many of her statements self-centred, tedious and run of the mill New Age nonsense. I thought I would see how well she could persuade me that my initial impression was mistaken by watching Rick's interview. I must say, I would not part with a single penny for her teachings In my opinion she is a fraud.
