I loved the Details in the build, I would recommend adding these small details, because it changes the build alot. Specially The arches Using the stairs were amazing touch to the build, of course.

At 11:42 those hoppers won’t let items go out bcz they are activated by those powered rails (activating hoppers blocking items from going out of it)

I think there are more efficient designes for minecart unloaders.
Are you using Animation Overhold?
It kills me how replay mod doesn't capture the animations so you're just sliding around like a board
as a fellow resource pack developer, how were you able to change the shape of your shield?
How do you do this type of building, do you prepare yourself previously or you improvise the build??
I pre plan pretty much every build I do in a test world
