I've been playing Milio mid since he came out, he's slept on tbh. His Q is massive with 120% AP scaling. Current 14.6 I run ludens and lich bane because lich bane is great with W empowered autos and E auto E auto
Yeahhhh there's literally never an incentive to NOT go Gathering Storm. Gathering Storm is a non-negotiable rune for any Ap scaler ever, literally nothing else is better.

Not really, he's still quite dependent on his ADC being human. HOWEVER he has much greater agency due to this new changes
The sample size is small, but it looks like the Global Milio Buff mostly applies on Enchanter Milio 😂
