Hakari really needs a buff in life, armor and damage, while Kashimo needs a buff in speed and damage, base Kashimo not mbs because he is good. Both are faster than others like Toji and Miguel, but in the mod they are really slow.

In fact, Kashimo is the one who needs to be nerfed, Kashimo from the Orca mod is simply MUCH more buffed than he actually even comes close to being in the work

In base he could fight and resist the attacks from a Hakari jackpot, he was so fast that everyone were being destroyed by him in the culling games, and he nearly killed Hakari jackpot three times, so he has feats to probe that he is faster than Toji and Maki, and to add, Yuta recognize that Hakari would be a problem if he gets serius, and Yuta surpassed in speed a human Naoya.
