I got one a few days ago, it only has the one colour, no remote,no instructions. My walls are magnolia, and shining it into the corner off the walls makes it look like a giant candle, beautifully vibrant, warm possibly too bright. So I put it on my amp, shining on silver Venetian blinds closed down, perfect the cats loved it, they were very chilled, and I left it on all night. 10 out of 10 and only £4.99p I'd recommend it, these remote controls are tacky gimmicks, glad mine wasn't. Go on, buy one, you know it makes sense🌄
I bought a different one that is sunset color only no ability to change colors and I LOVE IT! It look better in person than it did in the photos I saw before buying it. I want to experiment with light more as a photographer so this was good purchase I got mine from Amazon $16!
Hey great content! Quick question, why do you think it needs to be brighter? Seems bright enough for me or is there another that has remote with control and cellphone and is more bright than this one? I can't seem to find it.. If you know could you please send me the link?
I think I'd like a therapeutic light panel that had a Daylight mode you could run with included UV emission, and a Sunset mode you could run with included red/infrared emission. Then you could just have the other colors for party mode, lol,
Is there a way to remove (or at least lessen) the gradient effect? I saw a video of a different one where you could take off the glass and remove the dazzle film to remove the gradient, so I was wondering if you could do the same for this one
@ennvisionn Do you have to cycle through ALL the colors or can you customize going transitioning through only a few colors? For example if I want to only cycle through on smooth mode but only my favorite colors is that a possibility? Thanks!
Thanks for the review! Very thorough, detailed, honest, but also straightforward and to the point without being excessively lengthy. Great work! edit- just subscribed, and will check out your other videos too bit by bit!
Hey, nice video, i wanted to ask you something, on this kind of model, when u dont use the remote control and you turn off the lamp by disconnecting the USB power and then you turn it on again by connecting the USB, does the lamp remember the last mode/color you assigned to it ? Or does it reset to the annoying flash/multi-color show off ? I ask because i have a previous model to this, and the idea is not to use the remote, i have the lamp's USB connected to a power outlet on the wall that has a switch somewhere else that gives and cuts power from it, but when i turn off the lamp that way, then i turn it on and the lamp doesnt remember the last configuration, any ideas on how to solve it ? Thanks.
Hey - If you disconnect the usb and the power turns off, it will remember the last colour mode it was set to. However, if you use the remote, it will do the random color thing at the start when the usb is disconnected. But once you use the remote to turn it on and off it will remember the last color.
that’s just cuz he’s filming from that perspective, no? I’d probably place mine in a corner aiming toward the ceiling or the rest of the room for regular use.
I feel like you should have added a clip of how it looks while facing the room because if I have a lamp ur not gonna but it on the wall. You know what i mean?
@@ennvisionnHow far max was your lamp removed from the wall in this video? What if you aim it at a wall from 2 or 3 meters away? How bright is it then? Any idea? Good video btw. Straightforward, no suspense, no bs. 👍👍
Appreciate the comment. If it is 1 - 2 feet away it’s really bright. 9 ft away it’s decently bright in a dark room. If you have any ceiling lights in it will be harder to see. I usually turn off all my lights and point it at the ceiling to create a nice ambient vibe. If I needed to read or something, I turn on a brighter light.
@@IamProfessorO I was actually poking fun at the other guy. My point was water is just H2O to illustrate that sometimes the value of something is greater than the sum of its parts, like this seems to be.

@@oops3936 I tried to but UA-cam blocked it
I left this comment a year ago I ended up giving the lamp to a friend as I no longer needed the item

Great review. I was looking to get one, now i know which one to get.
Glad you liked it!
Dope video, it would be cool if they made like a Moon and Stars projector too! ;)
Glad you enjoyed! They might make those but I’m not sure.
Dude did not stray a single letter away from the script.
This would do good in a music video!
True, would look so dope 🔥

It’s bright but I wish it would light up my whole room. It’s still a good light. Also, the link is in the bio.
How long does this lamp last? Is it durable?
I’ve had their original lamp for 2 years now. This one is a little less durable but it’ll keep working as long as you don’t get too rough with it.
Hi! When you first turned it on, which color was that? I couldn’t tell, but it looked like red 4?
@ennvisionn Is there a link for the phone remote app? I got a lamp but no remote, box, or manual

You can unscrew the glass and take out the colored film but I’m not sure how the effect would look (never tired it).
@@ennvisionn okay thank you!!
Great review, complete, no BS, A1

Does it work with google home?
Thank you :)
No problem 😊

No or else it will break

Hey, i really like but does it ship to india ?!?
if you have more than one lamp, can you control them all on the same app?
Does it have to be plugged in the whole time or is it something that could be charged and I take it somewhere and utilize outdoors?
Has to be plugged in. You could potentially use a portable charger to power this but I haven’t tried it
What camera setting for it and which light to add to get the image...flash or steady light 💡..pls 🆘help
I'm thinking of getting this one too. And I was wondering, since you have this lamp for about a year now, is it still working OK?
Yup, still works great. I was using it last night.
@@ennvisionn and now ? is it still workin' OK ?
@megustastulolmdrxptdr yup, still use it every night

I got mine for 4 usd , the mark up is insane
I wish I had that one mine only has one mode ❤
Are there any like this that use a regular cord that plug right into a wall out?
What can I do if the remote control doesn't work and lamp doesn't have Bluetooth option so I can download a app and control it by phone? 😔
If I face it upwards or away from the wall does it have a larger effect ?
Yes but the further away it is the less intense the light is
Dude try this: when you're on FADE, try DIM down, and it should slow it down
Thanks for the tip!
Hello! I wanted to ask which frame rate you used to film this video.
I wanna buy a sunset lamp but I’m worried about flicker at 23.48 fps.
Thank you.
Hi, I think it shot it higher than 24 fps
I just got this and it is way lower quality than shown in this video. the lamp blinks randomly and dosent allow me to change the color.
Hi, sorry to hear that. I think you got a defective model. Contact customer support to have a replacement sent out.
same the remote is not working
What does it have to do with the Sunset?
It’s supposed to look like the sun when it’s setting. Gives that kinda vibe
is it not being sold anymore? I can't find it on amazon and the link doesn't take me there
Hey, check this one. Let me know if it works: amzn.to/3lNoGzc
It's a beautiful "sunset" but 3:50 that's my problem though, right there. The lamp obstructs the view of the sunset.

Hi, it’s linked in the description
