It's popular in Indian villages.. Even few years back people in Indian cities used this.. But then came Marketing of Western and Indian companies of detergents and others which ruined it.. It's good if it comes back to our societies and even to the ROW.. Gifts from our Mother Nature ..
Holly Crap! O_O why did I not know this sooner!!!!! time to throw out the Tide and buy some soap nuts!!!! :)
These saponins were used to kill fish, so please bear in mind the aquatic toxicity if using near and open waterway.

Soap berries were used in 17,18 this century's. What in 600, 16, centuries. What was used.
Great hints and good information.
What does it smell like?
Any here use these?
Do you take all the outer skin off and just use the nut part or you use the whole Berry with the coating and everything?
If you put that in the soap dispenser wouldn't that spoil when left out at room temperature? Or would you have to put some sort of preservative such as phenonip in it?
Room temp is fine for a week, refrigerate if you need it to last longer than a week, and freeze ahead for future use. There are 4 people in my house, so we'd prolly go through one bottle of hand wash a week, if not sooner.
Wow, this was so well done! Quick to the point and very thorough. Your voices are very pleasant and I found this video enjoyable to listen to.🌞 Please do more on other subjects🙏
