Trying to build a functional starter home with only 10K in The Sims 4 and it has proved to be more challenging than I thought... how do you think I did and do you think I should try do a 5K budget home next?!

yes to a $5k challenge! I looooove budget challenges. I don't think I've seen you use debug. I think it would be amazingly entertaining to do a debug build. However you are getting too good at building houses so for an extra challenge build something other than a house. A Bar? A daycare? who knows!

if you want to add trim under the roof section you need to place flooring (like the same way you'd build porch) under the roof pieces!

Two videos of yours in one week boy I feel spoiled.. And it’s a building video awesome sauce.. Why is the bathroom items so expensive?! I tend to just use the money cheats so I don’t have to pay attention to the money part.. I might just try it once to say I have tried i t.. Or I would love to take this house if you post it and turn it into a build where the family had been working hard and came into some money and did a remodel..
