I can answer that. It's obvious it's all scripted.
Because,it kinda looks like it's part of the house design like the fire of the shrine and the pumpkin because they glow and also have the same color and it's even harder to notice it in nightime.Also because he's at the ground and not flying so it's kinda hard to see it
