I love that the music is great & the dancers are in sync & the 2nd row is getting so much better from when I first started watching them. They are having such a good time while exercising.
Enjoy the "ghost dance". Those guys are great and the rhythm is just perfect for the steps. I wonder why long have they been rehearsing. Keep up the good work and please continue to film them.

Footwork is essential to the "shuffle" dance; another factor is to keep a stiff upper body, none of the 2 women in the front met this requirement, yet you guys have to keep putting her in the front. It just spoiled the whole pitcute.

前面那两女的真是杀风景，
真好看！唯一的败笔就是右侧那个女的，没有合作精神。她把边第一个，本应该留足够距离给第二个人，可她老挤人家，跳的也是用力过猛，没有第二个好看，影响了整体效果。
这种运动非常伤颈，腰椎和膝盖，尤其在硬地上，几年以后就知道苦头了。
