It’s a really nice trail. There are places along the trail where you can access the river for fishing or wading on a hot day. There’s also some picnic table along the way. Thanks for watching and hope you get to visit the trail.
@@TheClick56 So I haven't biked since I was a kid. I am now age 51. I have been losing weight, going to the gym, and am super excited about getting into cycling. The only dilemma I have is that I am not sure if I want to get a comfort bike, a mountain bike, or a something in-between like a Dual Sport type bike. I see pros and cons to all 3 and am really not sure what I want. If you don't mind me asking... what drove your interest that led you to going the mountain bike path? And did you just jump straight into mountain biking or did you ride other types of bikes before that?
Sounds like you’re on the right track. I got into biking when our son was in Boy Scouts in the early 2000’s. We were riding rail trails and the scout master recommended I get a MT Bike and we could ride some single track also. So I bought a Trek MTB and rode it mostly on the rail trails. Then in 2017 my wife and I decided to start riding again and we bought the Dual Sport bikes for rail trails and around the neighborhood. Our son wanted to start biking a little later so he bought a cross country bike to ride single track and I bought one also. We started riding single track a lot and I decided to go with a full suspension bike. The full suspension MTB’s are very stable and more comfortable than the cross country bikes. They are not as fast on the gravel but more versatile. Hope that helps.
Great Video Randy! Just incredible scenery! Looks like a really nice trail!
