So I've got the first half of the solo down. The second half (14th and 16th frets, etc) is weird. I don't know if it's just my electric guitar or what, but my 16th fret sounds different than yours. Everything is tuned correctly. Maybe it's an effect on your guitar that I don't have. Idk okay bye.

The intonation of your guitar might be wrong

you really need to specify when you're talking about frets or strings. or fingers. "Put the first on the fifth on the second" is not helpful XD
