Jeannie was just feelin' herself today, and I AM HERE FOR IT! WOO!
I know right lol she owned that table😂
Tru Confessions was about a girl documenting her life, which included Shia playing her mentally impaired brother. The reaction seen in that clip was him responding to a stressor of being alone and lost in the library. I wish there would have been some context put into that because it wasnt about Shia being a quirky actor.
Yeah I felt some type of way about that part. They were given no context so everyone was kinda treating it like a damn joke when that part in the movie was actually very serious, emotional and upsetting.
@@Leckibaby I agree! The producers should have given the reactors some context
Because they made fun of Shia lebouf
Which wasn't very nice
@@LeckibabyYeah I came here to see what people said about that. I remember watching the movie when it first aired (also rewatched it just a few years ago) and that scene was always so upsetting. Context would've been helpful here.
I loved that movie
So proud of Jeannie!!! SHE SLAYED THIS!
i wish the prosucers would have explained it, but in Tru Confessions Shia played a developmentally disabled teen and his sister always took care of him. DCOMs used to tackle a lot of issues like ableism and racism and girl power
People not knowing the movie, “True Confessions” broke my heart. That movie was very well acted by Shia and was very moving.
I think he even won a Daytime Emmy for his performance
I know it’s not the reactors fault since none of them knew the movie. But damn their reaction to Tru Confessions was un-com-fort-able. Loved the movie growing up, and Shia did a great job in the role. Wish someone had given them the context of the movie/scene.
the fact that the producer did not point out that he was protraying a kid on the spectrum and that was actually an emotional scene is very childish to laugh at.
I was looking to see if anyone else noticed, happy I found the classy people
THANK YOU for this comment!! Tru Confessions was a great movie. The producers didn't choose a good clip, and they definitely should have given the reactors context. Really tone-deaf to laugh at the movie.
It’s funny Jeannie started singing Selena Gomez’s song but the choice is actually Hannah Montana’s “who said, who said I can’t be Superman”
As a Lovatic, everyone complimenting her vocals really made me smile
Tru Confessions made me cry as a kid and it still resonates with me
I love that Jeannie sang the wrong "Who Said" and still got it right lol (she was going for Who Says by Selena Gomez)
ALSO! If you haven't seen it, Tru Confessions is a really incredible, touching movie and it's extremely disappointing that they didn't say anything about the context of the scene. Especially after people were mocking Shia's character
Selena's song is "Who Says" not "Why Says".
@@thevoicelesswriter thanks for pointing out the typo!
They all didn't get true confessions its actually a very serious movie and shia LaBeouf nailed that role
I know got me mad very disrespectful the lady should have explain the movie
Could no one give them context to Tru Confessions ??
Or at least been like, “Hey, mocking this is gonna make you all look like huge aholes so maybe don’t do it?” 🤷🏻♀️
Got them all right! I didn’t really like how they were joking about Shia’s character in Tru Confessions considering he had special needs due to a learning disability. Nothing funny about his character or that movie.
They probably didn't know. I didn't as I've never even heard of the movie.
@@heidos7 probably. It’s a pretty good movie. I definitely cried the first time watching it
The golden era of the Disney channal that I miss so much is the middle to late 2000s to the early 2010s and this react video is bringing back so meny memeries.
Golden age???? J
Hahaha that's because you were born probably in 1990
From their reactions to the clip, I can tell they either haven't seen Tru Confessions or they're a-holes.
I was thinking the same thing. I wish someone had mentioned what the show was about to put it into perspective.
I'm going with they definitely haven't seen it 😬
I don't like how they treated Tru Confessions. It's such a sad story, I watched it when I was like 8 and it stayed with me to this day. Shia LaBeouf did a phenomenal job playing a kid with a mental disability and he was only around 16. I wish they explained the plot to them or gave some context.
I came to see if anyone said this, i understand they never heard of it but they’re basically making fun of his mental disability 😢 & i’ve never even seen the movie but I’ve only heard good things about how Shia definitely did do a great job with this role
@@yanzonyoutube I really recommend watching it, it's a beautiful story and I'm really glad I saw it, it helps so much with developing empathy. I wish they would keep showing this to kids
Thank you for saying that! I was looking for a comment about this. I LOVED this movie growing up and Shia did such a great job in this movie. They needed to explain this movie to them
Yeah I kinda felt the same. That was a little offputting.
If any of them actually knew the context of that scene in Tru Confessions they wouldn’t have made fun of Shia LeBouf’s emotions in that moment and that movie is actually one of my favorite Disney Channel movies because of how real it is.
I do agree with you there. If they knew the plot of the movie, then they would have understood it more
Yeah I wish they would have been corrected for that
Your 100% right I was waiting to see if they would go into context but they didnt so obviously whoever's the producer is dont even know
All of you are right. They would've acted differently if they knew what Tru Confessions was about. I loved that movie growing up. Shia did a phenomenal job!
Them laughing the entire scene of Tru Confessions is not it...
I was looking for this comment. 😂
Like no. They should’ve been given context because their reactions were upsetting.
@@Leckibaby Yeah, that they just let them continue making fun and laughing at it was not cool. Had they known context, doubt they would have been reacting that way. It's a major bummer, honestly.
Completely agree. Yikes.
tru confession was an amazing movie, yall should eduacate the team and watch it, its about special needs and acceptance . The baseball cap scene changed me. Whoever edited this shouldve included more back story to that instead of making the movie look like Shia was just crazy. imo
If you think about it, JC Chasez from *Nsync is also a Disney star
Izzy's reaction to the Hannah Montana question....giggles from London 🤣
RYAN GOSLING HAS LITERALLY BEEN IN SO MANY MUSICALS RECENTLY, INCLUDING BARBIE AND LALA LAND!
HE ALSO HAS HIS OWN FOLK MUSIC PROJECT
Mickey Mouse Club was the golden ticket to stardom, can't imagine any other show in history produce that much talent. Kids Incorporated came close though, and truthfully it was my favorite show of the 2 that dominated the late 80s early 90s. It produced stars like Fergie, Mario Lopez, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Shanice and Eric Balfour
As someone who is Gen z and knew most of the answers 1997-2003 should be considered for their own generation. We’re in between
Weren’t going to tell them Tru Confessions was about a boy with special needs and just let them keep talking like that? 🥴
My exact thought..
I thought the same thing.
Yeah, didn’t like that much. 😢
I was not happy about that clip at all, especially with no explanation, because they were laughing at him screaming, they should have given them context
The producer probably dont even know I was waiting for them to get context but never did
I feel like a few of these should have been gen z questions rather than millennial.
someone really should have told them what Tru Confessions is about because those reactions are not good
Fr 😬
Tru confessions is amazing
I was thinking the same.
Right. My face was like 😬 at those reactions. They really should've given them context.
Seriously 😢
I remember seeing Miley Cyrus (as a child) in the movie "Big Fish."
I knew who she was so I was so excited to see her name in the credits.
I was thrown off so bad seeing her credited as "Destiny Cyrus" that I thought "Destiny" was her twin...
Bizardvark was after my time of watching disney channel. The last time i watched disney was like 2011ish and only to watch the Camp Rock 2 movie premiere.
I'll be able to guess all of them, because I grew up watching Disney Channel as a child.
Jeannie rocked this one! Good for her!
I wish they would have given them the description of Tru confession. Such a good movie
I had to go look up Hannah Montana Who Said because I just could not remember it. I was thinking Selena too 🤦🏽♀️
Selena has a song called “Who Says”
Sadly, and I use the term losely because the knowledge of knowing alll Hannah Montana songs will not make me any $, I didn’t have to look it up. 😀😆
“Yay me” I almost knew all the answers 👏🏼 This millennial had a good childhood
Lmao. None of them got their start on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. They were on The New Mickey Mouse Club. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is a cartoon that’s on currently
definitely should’ve given them context on the trips of Tru Confessions. without it, you allowed them to unintentionally be ableist. then editors rewatch this and thought it was okay to post ?
Yea I was kinda put off a bit when some of them were laughing during that scene. I was thinking to myself "Y'all know this wasn't supposed to be funny right?"
@@burgermike92 - Yeah that made me mad especially since I’m special needs like Shia’s character and had moments like that or close to it out in public when I can’t find my parents or friends in a big place.
Fun fact Macaulay Culkin also dated Mila Kunis.
I remember this!
I also have crush on brenda song 😂😂😂
no one mentioned Jayse is dressed like Miley in Start All Over?
Corey needs a black episode respectfully put him in a r&b episode like a guess that song or something.
why i thought selena song who said but its who SAYS😭
NOT JUST ME THEN ok im not crazy lol
Tell me I wasn't the only one screaming at the phone before who says is a Selena Gomez song
no I also sat here beining like it is Selena
Hannah montana also has a song called who said. But the version jennie was sing is by selena gomez
I just love how Corey has no idea who half of these people is. He's just here for a good time
Fuckin hell, you could've at least given them some context to the Tru Confessions clip. That was rough
this.
A+ video!
Very interesting facts about Disney Channel stars and seeing the difference between those who are fans and those who have not watched them that much.
Jeannie was giving, she owned the video and the table
I can't be the only one who thought she said "who says" which is a Selena Gomez song...
Miley throwing Avril vibes there 7:16
Loving the Izzy and Corey duo 😂
Izzy’s wand action cracked me up. 😂
I was very confused in round 4 because I didn't know that there was also a Hannah Montana song called who said and not just the one by Selena Gomez
ye i literally thought start all over is from miley but who said is from selena... bit very tricky tbh
I knew "who said" was a Hannah Montana song because I remember when Dolly parton and Billy Ray Cyrus sang the song with Miley on the HM show. Very iconic scene.
The song who says is a Selena Gomez song.
Hannah Montana is Who SaiD while Selena is Who SaYS. Obviously a trick question.
Why does Corey look like little bill (the kids cartoon character)grown up 😂😂
OMG 😂 I can’t unsee it now
Fun fact: Britney Spears was forced to change the way she sang because Disney felt she and Christina Aguilera sounded too much alike with their real singing voices.
Oh Martine... you don't need to yell at all answers.....
When they first said dove Cameron i thought they almost meant Cameron boyce (R.I.P) wasn't he also in descendants?
Yes he played cruella deville's son
She changed her name from Destiny Hope to Miley a looooong time ago lol
The Jonas album that was included on the video was actually released by another record label. It wasn't a Disney Hollywood records label cd. Should've used A little bit longer which had Burning up as the lead single instead. Great video by the way.
"Who said" is a Selena Gomez's song....
Hannah Montana also had a song named “Who Said”.
They were singing the Selena Gomez version, but “Hannah Montana“ did make one too: “Who said? Who said I can’t be Superman? I say? I say that I know I can!”
selena's song is "who says" not who said
Actually, only Cole was on Friends, not both of them.
and big daddy
ALL us Millennials should know all of this stuff! ☺️
Wait Selena and Demi were both on "Barney" back in the day!? lol Well that's amusing.
This just really proves that Disney channel primarily appeals to girls vs boys. Especially during the hannah/selena/demi/hsm era. They dont do a good enough job balancing shows that will appeal to boys. For every boy lead disney show/movie theres at least 5 girl lead ones.
Ryan has always had pure Kenergy
So, for question 8, it’s just Mickey Mouse **Club.** Mickey Mouse Club_house_ is the Disney Junior show marketed towards toddlers. Two completely different things.
I got to meet The cast of Descendants 3 on set! Amazing people to be around! At the time, didn’t know what it was about until I was told lol
Not "Ryan Gosling sings"? Girl where you been during the LaLa Land hype...
“I don’t think she’s purple anymore”
She never was . It was a wig . Same with Sofia Carson but I’m not sure about boyce
y'all made a mistake.
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is an American interactive computer-animated preschool television series which was the first Mickey Mouse and computer-animated program for preschoolers
The Mickey Mouse Club is an American variety television show the program was first televised for four seasons, from 1955 to 1959. The show was revived three times, first from 1977 to 1979 for first-run syndication as The New Mickey Mouse Club, then from 1989 to 1996 as The All-New Mickey Mouse Club, also known as MMC from 1993 to 1996, and again in 2017-2018 with the moniker Club Mickey Mouse airing exclusively on internet social media.
so to answer your question none of these celebs were on mm clubhouse, so they should have gotten NO points.
I absolutely hated how they reacted to Tru Confessions 😐 that was a really dark scene and they laughed, the host or whatever should have gave backstory before showing them.
Yes I agree that is one of my favorite movies.
I hated that too. 😢
I think Brenda just had their second kid
I love how mad Corey was when they told them the first answer.
I had to look up Hannah's song who said and now I remember it lol I also thought they put Selina's song in there lol
me too! how did I even forget about that one🤦♀
Same, I was so confused
The fact that the editors didnt animate the winners wand waves is a travesty.
You can tell I was a Disney Channel fan growing up - got almost every answer right. The only one I couldn’t remember was the Jonas Brothers first album name. Knew it was the first album though 😂
You had to show THAT scene from “The Good Son”😩😩😩
Justin Timberlake did receive an Oscar nomination for writing Can't Stop The Feeling. He also performed it live as the opening number for that year's Oscars. As he walked among the audience he gave his fellow former Mouseketeer Ryan Gosling a pat on the back as that was also the year that La La Land was nominated. Check out the clip of that great, fun performance.
Have anyone noticed the same as me? I think Jayse reminds me of a younger Billy Ray Cyrus. And I love it ;-)
I love Start All Over and Come Clean
Need more of thisss
Bruh if you're a Disney fan you'd literally get almost all of these easily and in a heartbeat like my sister is a 2005 baby and she got them all right too!
i think they needed the reactors a couple years younger, these were really easy
Izzy was a whole mood this episode. 😆
Hillary Duff needs to do a comeback concert.
All the guys getting spanked today.
Can’t believe none of them have seen Princess Protection Program or Descendants
Neither have I.
@@jodawa2504well, you should (maybe not the last Descendants tho)
@@Narra0002 more interested in action/adventure, comedy & horror films. Princess Protection Program doesn't seem to be either of the aforementioned movie genres, but Descendants & Maleficent could be a consideration for a movie choice.
Right like I grew up on those and in that era
They were too Old
I love that when Jeannie was so confident about the song ”Who said” for the Hannah Montana question. Yet she sang the Selena Gomez Who said version 😂
Jeanie 100% should’ve gotten that first pt
The "wardrobe malfunction" was 19 years ago!? I could swear it was more recent than that.
I low key wanna see a Disney trivia tournament between them all because they are just on it. I would watch a 30 minute long video for that lol
Anything Izzy, I watch 😁
I fuckin love her 😍😍😍
Just want to say thank you for brightening up my weekends....you're all fab!!!
Jayse has glorious hair
IZZY IS JUST SOO LOVELY ;3;
Childhood T3T
You all did great :3
No but I also said usher 😭😂😂
Shake it up was sung by Selena Gomez. I was so surprised that they got other stars to sing the theme tune of a show that they are not in.they did the same with Sabrina carpenter singing Andi Mack theme song
i really love izzy and corey tandem
Nobody gonna say something about baby JT and Ryan Gosling singing Jodeci😂😂😂
Mercy, did anyone else hear the static in the microphone when Martine shouted?
I love Britney's real voice I wish they were allow her to sing with this voice is such a beautiful deep voice is so sad it didn't made her sing like a baby all these years
I love whe Jeannie is on
12:42. They did that Jodeci cover. I would’ve sign them right on the spot
rip cameron boyce
😭
