whistlen diesels gonna throw track within the first hour guaranteed. his place has a large amount of soft terrain not ideal for armored vehicles, and the way he likes to drive things. that tracks gonna come off.
Love the sounds of the Leyland in the Chieftain it's starts with a roar ... then after a few hours a strange whining sound, then a grumbling , then a clanking and chain sound, then russling of paper , then grumbling then a whack of hammer on engine

K60G, plumbers nightmare! Spent 3 years working on K60F &G in a Pack repair section. Getting a rebuilt Golf on the run up rig without it leaking from somewhere we as a miracle! The rack sticking in the F.I.P. is nothing new, even the L60 pump does it.
I mean artillery and tanks are pretty hard to conceal compared to small arms, and are better for defending a country these days... Second amendment should get with the times! :)

Yes it is a 12 piston, 6 cylinder, 2 stroke diesel. Sounds great but had reliability problems. Made a lot of, usually unwanted, smoke too. Is it normal for this version nit to have the "smoke box" above the gearbox?
what do you think these brit tanks were like for the troops, they don't seem terribly reliable - even a bit skitterish. if you were relying on them for your life, well it doesn't really bear thinking of.
Why don’t you have a small charger like 1600 ma and leave them connected during your cold weather, that way you won’t get dead batteries and they are cheap you just need lots of extension leads and time.

Can people please stop calling that thing an Abrams? It's a Chieftain. The Chieftain is already an awesome tank, completely worthy of respect and what not without doing the equivalent of stolen valor and calling it something else. The Chieftain doesn't need to steal good the M1's good reputation. It was already the king of it's own era of the Cold War.

Tbh, I think he really wants to get an Abrams, especially when he promised to get a Bugatti Chiron when he hits 10m followers; at $1m, an Abrams is affordable compared to an in warranty Chiron.
