It's sucks getting old, but growing up in the 80's, totally worth it !!
I believe it brother luv this song lol
@@woodroblue8332 👍 - classic jam !

I feel the same

I heard this song on the radio exactly once 25 years ago and I've been looking for it ever since. Blessed be the algorithm.
Don’t know why you’d bless the algorithm… I mean it took 25yrs to work lol
Hands down one of the coldest club songs of ALL time! I’ve been hearing this song since the 80’s and it’s 2023.
Its so bad so lame
@@saiayincoby4675 Post is pointless without an explanation
@@saiayincoby4675 I know.. 80's Originality slaps today's latest tunes so hard!
@@saiayincoby4675 do people give you crap about listening to reggaeton? Why would you even post that. A comment on a comment who happens to love the song. Weird.
Stupidest thing I have ever heard...hated it then and hate it now....
I remember my stepfather was stationed in Germany when this song came out he brought us the album me and my sister's played it over and over I remember when we got back to the states we were the coolest black kids in a majority white school having spent so much time in Europe we dressed different, spoke different languages, listen to different music, and one of my sister's started an underground the punk scene in town. Good times
I was stationed in Germany back in 1997 when I heard this song!
That’s epic. 🖤
Exactly I STILL LOVE this song 🎵 the military life is wonderful I was very young when the song came out
We have blessed memories
So many black folks were listening to electronic music in the 80s... pioneers, honestly. It's the reason why we have Chicago house and Detroit techno ❤️
@@t.castro4493 wonderful! Whatever brings people together of all Races it's a great thing just loving the music
80's music will never be the same without the "white horse" on the dance floor!
I love this song..and respect the video more in 2021.
Hi there.... How are you doing?
Great song and video.
And plenty of white horse in the toilet cubicles.
Or the restroom
80's were magical times growing up. Thanks for the memories. 🤗
This is the sickest beat ever.
I've mixed, deejayed, and heard hundred of songs; this is it, chief..!
Always reminds me of my school bus ride. Heard this, Herbie Hancock, The Gap Band, and of course Parliament every day! Thanks Pedro!!! Coolest bus driver of all time.
Same here but from a different generation. My bus driver a true hippie in the 60's early 70's would play The Guess Who. We loved the music and I still do to this day. Hand Me Down World, No Sugar Tonight, Share The Land, No Time, Undone, These Eyes and of course our favorite. Bus Rider. Catholic school too.
Do you guys write for the Simpsons as you both disscribed Auto the school bus driver! Ps got the on vinyl! Some were! Good grove peace ✌️
You are lucky to have had a bus driver with such good musical taste you could’ve been stuck listening to some garbage like We built this city on rock ‘n’ roll by starship 😂
I would vote for Pedro.
Same here! My bus driver would play 98Q fm in Vidalia Ga, Good Memories
Who is here in 2025? ❤❤❤❤
Never new there was a video for this song. Listening to this in 2024.
Well Damm!!!!, all this time I thought this a black group!!!!
Worst song to date
Knew*, you moron
@@lynnt.7804 yeah...I did too...I am in shock....
Same . Also didn't know the band name or that they were white and from Denmark haha
Back when my stepdaughter was little, this song scared the hell out of her. I'm 64 and still loving this song, and yes , what a sick beat it is.
Well we know what the song is about and vibrations are everything. Yes it has a good beat but it’s also creepy and your step daughter knew it.
As a child, I was scared of this song, too. It sounds ominous
WHEN MY UNCLE PASSED…..MY MOM HAD THIS SONG ROMPING ON 10 IN THE DAMN FUNERAL HOME!!!! SHE GAVE NO FUKS BECAUSE THIS WAS ONE OF HIS FAVS CUTS!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
❤️❤️❤️
Amazing! 😂
She did exactly what she was suppose to do✊🏾🙏🏾❤️😂💯
I no that's rite
This is awesome 😂
Wow! This is my first time seeing them after 35 plus years of loving this song. I never knew there was a video for this.
The video was filmed in the grounds of the Danish royal palace in Copenhagen.
Same here. Wow
Lol me too!!
WOW, me either.!! Mind blown!!
Same here! I guess it was banned from MTV due to the meaning. My mother heard me playing this song and laughed! She said it was the dumbest song she ever heard.
One of the best keyboard sounds from the 80’s!!!
This shit is down right sick wit it buisness..
Depeche Mode blows this out the water
Holy crap. I remember hearing this on the R&B new wave stations when I was in 7th grade. 8th grade dance!
Prince was responsible for the crossover of White Horse, he loved the song so much, that he helped the band to get a deal in America.
Prince is a *LEGEND*
Just when I thought I couldn't think Prince couldn't be any bit more cooler I read this!
All I hear is Princes Erotic City at the beginning of this video 😁
@@trevizolga he lifted it from them as Erotic City was 5 years after this. Still a good beat
If you listen closely this song and ertoic city by prince has the same sound
One of my favorite songs. This jam has got to be 30-40 years sold and it is still a banger.
u would be right, at least 40yrs. released in 83 or 84. i remember it in 84 🤔🤷🏾♀️
Do you like Monique’s version to this song?
@@Bigfellr monique has a version?? LOL 😂🤔
@@lynmcc7121 sorry *Monifah touch it *
This is far from being a banger
Always popular in nightclubs, never gets stale, one of the best
I was delivering the horse to the strippers as the song played as girl rolled naked on bearskin rug.
Hey
Every club you go to the song Is still being played till this day..
Don't know about you guys, but I am still listening 2020, come on....this is a classic.......here we go...2022
Yep.
Man just heard this song while playing golf the other day. Shot under par after hearing this song!!!
same here
The 2 Live Crew brought me here.
Fa Sho! Listening in 2020.
The soundscape of the 80s was amazing. Cold and yet full of warmth.
I went lookin for that cool new country song and found this old gem!! LOVE IT!!
The search is over. I finally found this music. This beat is legendary. Simple moves and you can dance on it. I was born in 1998 but I loved this music.
If you like 80s music check out the playlists on my channel. 1983 is the best in my opinion.
It's really nice to know the music of my youth lives on with those who came later.
Love from Berlin 🇩🇪
Ramsi 🙋🏻♂️
Same happened to me...I had beat in my head but I couldn't relate the lyrics.
the search is never over..
This song was a huge club hit - always play multiple times where ever you went - Prince saw that and came up with his own version: both are awesome to this day.
What’s prince’s version?
@@NaddyDasty he trying to say Erotic City, which is bullshit. Everything in Erotic City can be heard in Princes prior work.
@@miggypeso909 i think Jason has smoked too much broken windows
Prince said he heard George Clinton and he inspired erotic city
Both you guys wrong, Prince actually helped them and was inspired to write erotic city...if you listen to the beat and just the beat it sounds like erotic city.... youngsters stay in school and let the O.G.'S tell you what's up
This is one of those old school funk jams that never gets old.
Yes and a great video that makes Copenhagen look like a dangerous, murky city. Very fitting, since the main location here is - the Police HQ and its inner courtyard! 😃😃
The dancing in this video is EPIC!!

I'm definitely listening to all the 70's, 80's, & 90's music!! what a time to be alive!!
I remember dancing to this song as a kid thinking they were actually singing about a horse. How naive I was back then! 🕺🏾🔥🤣🤣🤣
So many things in this are still off-center and unresolved by today’s standards. WAY ahead of its time. Really a landmark electronic piece. Like Kraftwerk, they never bust out. A great lesson in subtlety.
I've been looking for this song FOREVER
Man this takes me back to my clubbing days in the 80's!
This got a ton of airplay on both radio and MTV so I was stunned it stopped at #26. Still got my 45.
1984 was an outstanding year for music.
I watched mtv back then and I’m certain I never saw this video.
@@averydaymond1560this played a lot on MTV back in the mud 80s.
@@dasilentfew540 I’m 100% positive I never saw this video during the 80s. Maybe MTV euro or something like that. I forget the name they had for the mtv in other countries but I’m an American and this was not played.
Truly an underrated song and video four decades ago! When Laid Back featured White Horse, so many took that ride!
Соглы, это шедевр!
So I heard this song a zillion times and am now just seeing the video. Wow.
The bass is kicking this song!!!
Yeah, that Roland GR-500 guitar synthesizer ain't no joke on the bass line for this track!
I’m sober now for more than 15 years and I can tell ya, that is a helluva ride 😂

Yeaaa!!
And the Woman in this video is simply BEAUTIFUL.
Very beautiful.💖
Another great touch: the location with the colonnades and the big circular inner court is - the Copenhagen Police HQ (Politigården) . No, I'm not kidding - they got permission to shoot the video right there! 😀
Being a teenager back in the 1980s was a beautiful thing!
Being in your 20s was better. Old enough to go to clubs, old enough to be on your own. Old enough to do stupid things. Old enough to know better.

As funky as they sound, many of us thought they were black musicians... even Prince followed up with Erotic City later, sounding a lot like this! Funny how music is color-blind!
