Yeah, Ryuto is Ryuga's little brother. Ryuga's past is much more focused on in the Manga than the anime, but here is the TLDR version: there exists a small group of powerful people called the Dragon clan, Ryuga and Ryuto both hail from the same clan with Ryuga acting as its leader, hence why he calls himself the Dragon Emperor.
Ryuto is NOT Ryuga's little brother. But they are in the same clan.

Ppl in the comments, Ryuto there is a relative of Ryuga, but he is not a direct one. The manga’s diagram of the Dragon Clan shows that nobody has a line point toward him. He’s just a guy that exists to look like Ryuga. Because of Culture thing, he calls Ryuga his big brother cuz that’s what the seniorest person in his village was called (something about seniority). Ryuto is a treasure hunter in the manga to be an archaeologist for the Dragon Clan, and Soaring Bite Strike Ryuga saved his butt cuz he happened to be passing by. Then they had an epic team-up of Special Moves.

Ryuto is Ryuga's younger brother, maybe, as they're from the same Dragon Clan in the manga. This is referenced in Ryuto's Bey, Omega Dragonis 85XF, as it's named after Gamma Draconis, a star in the constellation Draco, which L-Drago takes it's name from. By the way, Kyoya also has a younger brother, Kakeru, who makes a cameo in the final episode of Shogun Steel in the Japanese version.

I kinda dig the reverse friendship speach aguma gives Kyoya, makes you wonder if he's really as bad as she claims to be, Normally a story's enemy would talk about how they dont need anyone else but Aguma despite being an antagonist is fighting for the sake of his school and getting back their honor, back when he fought Gingka and Yuki he didnt wanna use his special move because Bao would be caught in the blast, I really like the new cast of characters they're not as simple as they come off at first
Compare that to Kyoya who started this season fighting for selfish reasons, and abandoning Yuki to beat down from Johanase, I'm not saying Kyoya is bad but his loner mentality makes him stick out especially when even Ryuga is letting Kenta follow him around,

a good set of episodes Its interesting to see another dragon blader like ryuga in this Series question is what he and the of dragon clan members are doing given the current mess and well kyoya always was a bit of a one man band given what he said to Damian back during the whole Hades city crisis I hope the next Episode we can get some answers as to what our villain is after I worry about kyoya what he will do given his inferiority complex its not as bad as IDW Megatron's but its there

Kyoya is written to be a hypocrite here. It’s the catalyst for his arc. You can acknowledge when he’s in the wrong dawg.
I feel you, but I don't think he is a hypocrite. He has gained all of his power on his own. He didn't do it while training with others. That's where Kyoya's pride comes from and he is mixing that up with being part of a group. Aguma is just getting in his head.
@@ReactZones he’s correct in some ways and wrong in the others. Ryuga is someone I’d point to as being a loner. As well as Chris (who you’ll later see). Kyoya is pretty flip floppy by comparison. Certainly no team player but definitely not a lone wolf either.
@@ReactZonesI mean, he trained with team wildfang to be able to beat gingka in masters and we've seen before that he's able to put his pride aside to know when to think logically, like when in fusion, kyoya withdrew from his battle with yu so that Leone wouldn't break
I don't recall him training with them. I recall them bringing him to an area where a bunch of twisters were at, and he conquered those himself.
Kyoya is mixing up his pride of gaining strength on his own with being a complete loner. He will hopefully learn. I agree that he isn't a loner in the traditional sense, however he has that mentality when it comes to gaining strength.
@@ReactZones there’s the odd moment where he trains with Gingka, but due to his drive to defeat him, it doesn’t happen often. It is implied that he just trains with Benkei, who himself is closely connected to the main group. It sort of dampens the loner visage when he has a cheerleader with him at all times.

Also Ryuto is from I believe the same dragon clan as Ryuga. Or so I heard. And I agree, Omega Dragonis is a sick name. Sadly both Dragonis and Anubius both suffer their lowered tracks. They scrape the stadium irl so easily.
