You can get the earnings to still show AND hair. You look in the config of the core mod JinRyuu_JRMCore.cfg i believe. Its a setting you have to disable
Actually: You go to the config and look for "Hide Hair When Helmet On" and set that to true. Since the earings are marked as a helmet, it should fix the issue.

i know how to fix the potara earring cause if you equip them the hair gets removed. cause its a helmet type. you can change it in the configs so when you equip a helmet the hair will be still on
