Paragon may 2 hazar say zaid log reh rhay han it’s completely developed society or sab facilities currently available han, & cheek the distance between LsC to airport & paragon to airport, agr yaha aj agr kuch bh nahi to 50 lac ka ha or waha sab kuch ha to 1 cror ha to i think rate thek han yaha jab sab hoga to shyd utna e rate ho so comparison nahi banta paragon or iska wo DHA k sath ha location uski is say bh achi ha
Or time is society ko launch huay bh bht honay wala ha
Still residence nahi ai aik block may bh,
Second point rates isk nichay isliay bh aey han k sath Urban or Al kabir nay boht kam paiso may launch kea ha project, competitors impact ha brother

Always waiting in anticipationfor your videos and as usual, very detailed and reassuring, so thank you. LSC zindabad but demanding payments when development in other sectors (aside from O/S Sectors A & B) is delayed by 12 months with still no easy access for end-users plots, its just not cricket (ie very gentlemanly). Let’s hope HRL don’t shoot themselves in the foot by being too strict. Also, it’s all good and well building roads, masjids and schools but until there are commercials, supermarkets and restaurants, residency take up could be slow.

thankyou for the video but what is Smart city plan to make the society liveable for the people I mean if I want to buy a villa there then how i would do my daily life activities ? I mean there are no shops or commercial and till we don't have that its unliveable .... you mentioned SA garden, 100 there is no comparison between SA Garden and smart city but do you know the population inside SA garden ? yeah thats the difference

Sir SA Garden is around 20 Years old society but anyway your point is valid off course you need supermarkets and Commercials for living there so society is working on it already two huge commercial buildings are started at site which will fullfill some of needs but obviously we need more and many will be constructed in no time after main entrance is opened from GT Road.
