I had to keep mine in the oven a bit longer than 12 mins for some crunchier cookies but the one batch I did use at 12 mins were nice and soft. This was a delicious recipe and the shape came out very cute like yours!! I will probably keep using this recipe every time I make homade cookies
Guys remember DO NOT OVERMIX!!! If you want a really nice cookie texture do not. If you do, it will turn cakey and most likely not turn into a cookie shape.
My favourite cookie recipe ever. And it always turns out very good. Ingredients 1.100 grams butter softened 2.175 grams powdered and sifted sugar 3.1 egg 4.110 grams flour 5.40 grams Hershey’s natural cocoa powder 6.1 pinch baking soda 7.1/4 cup baking powder 8.225 grams cad burry dairy milk chocolate. Method: Mix together the butter and sugar don’t cream it just mix it for a minute then add the egg and mix. In another bowl sift your dry ingredients flour,cocoa,baking soda and powder. Then using a rubber spatula fold the dry ingredients Into your egg sugar mixture with the chopped chocolate and fold. If the cookie dough is a paste consistency then add a spoon or two to it till it becomes a dough consistency. Preheat your oven at 180 degree Celsius for only 5 minutes. Then on your baking sheet put your baking paper and make 3 tbsp cookie dough balls and press them down a little less then you want the size to be. Then bake until you see texture on them or for about 8-9 minutes then check if they are done and voila you double chocolate chip cookies to eat.
This recipe is perfect, for the first time my chocolate chip cookies turned out great, thank you! I used 80% cacao chocolate, so it wasn't too sweet and it had that rich chocolate flavor

제가 한번 따라 해봤습니다! 흑,황설탕-하얀설탕 120g 대체 박,중력분-박력 200g 대체 다크초콜렛,칩-칩 140g 대체 40g씩 성형, 14개 나왔어요! 에어프라이기로 구웠구요. 180도 13분 정도 굽고 밑면은 구움색이 안나서 뒤집어서 3분정도 더 구웠습니다. 뒤집을 때 흐트러지지 않도록 주의하세요! 결과는 잘 구워졌구요, 박력분으로 해서 다 식고나니 손으로 부러트렸을 때 부러트리기 힘든 정도의 단단함이었고 먹을 때도 단단한 식감이 확실히 느껴졌지만 못 먹을 정도는 아니였어요!! 쿠키가 구워지면서 부피가 조금 커져서 간격두고 팬닝하면 좋을 것 같아용!! 맛은 넘나리 맛있어용!!!
I just made this and it’s sooo good! I used 90g of raw sugar and 30g of dark brown sugar instead. It’s slightly crunchy, I will bake a few mins longer next time as I like my chocolate chips to be crunchy

If you bake it in an air fryer, it might come out in a different shape than the oven~ Because the specifications are different from the oven, there may be differences in temperature and time~
