“A Mediterranean Diet.” = 166 in Simple English Numerology. I am starting my vegetarian diet since last week… Instead of complicating it by trying to make elaborate dishes using many ingredients, I am filling three plastic bags for lunch and snacking. One bag of carrots, peppers,green beans and broccoli One bag of fruits One bag of nuts and berries And I carry avocado and rye bread. Instead of eating an unhealthy snack I’m working on training myself to eat a healthy one instead. Mi haven’t eaten pork and eggs for 3 years, 1 month for chicken, I still drink lactaid dairy milk, and I eat cheese pizza like once a month with my group. I gave up beef last week. I feel pretty good. Your tattoos inspired me. P.S. I’m Diabetic Type I. I found out with my doctors in 2021. I use an insulin pump. My diet is important, so I’m going well.
