Welcome to my channel! Today, we're going to bake an incredibly soft and delicious lemon cake topped with a lemon-flavored jelly that is unforgettable, amazing, and very easy to make. I hope you enjoy baking it and savoring every bite!
Ingredients
for cake:
4 white eggs
1/4tsp salt
270g sugar
3/4 cup oil
4 egg yolk
170 g milk
4tbsp lemon juice
1tsp lemon zest
210g flour
85g corn starch
1tbsp baking powder
baking pan 20*30
bake at 180 c for 30_35 minutes
for topping :
200 ml water
50 ml lemon juice
40g sugar
food coloring (optional)
35g corn starch
