Hello, friends! In this video, I am prepping for my upcoming writing course with ‪@Reedsy‬. They provide several prep lessons before the course to help you evaluate your story ideas, and I thought this would be a great opportunity to think about my next writing project. I've struggled to decide what to write next, so this was perfect for me!

This is all so interesting. About your heroine being a Sagittarius, I wonder if being (or longing to be) a world traveler and/or pursuing (or longing to pursue) higher education would be helpful additions to her profile. Also, remember that as a Sag, she is a fire sign. I am not an expert at all, but have Sag as my moon sign so have picked up a little bit. Good luck! ⭐️

Funny you should mention the world traveler bit, because in my head, part of her backstory involves wanting to travel, and her parents promising her she could but then going back on the promise. She lives in a time period where women didn't really have a place in higher education, but she still has ambitions for her life.

@@jackiereadsandwrites Yes, i realize she would probably only be able to long for these things. But the Sag inner fire is hard to extinguish. Love the backstory.

Between Cancer and Virgo, sounds more like Cancer. That is my sign, and the love of my life was Virgo. Virgos are a touch more stubborn.
