You see... It's Japan 😂
I'm glad I'm not the only one to think of that. I mean I think OOOs is the only real beast-themed rider and that's about treasure and greed than animals. Well I guess Zero-One but that's more about robots and evolution than animals. A zookeeper Rider would be neat.
Imagine: a man discovers one day that he can communicate with animals via a strange belt he found in his office. Shortly after, strange beasts (Actually the corrupted "Wild Soul" of the animals) start to attack him and he has to use the belt to transform and fight them. Over the course of the show, he gets to learn more and more about the animals, bringing them over to his side as "Ani-Mail" (a portmanteau of "Animal" and "Chailmail") armors he can change into. Kamen Rider ZOO, with the number 200 being a recurring theme. His final form is something like "Beloved Bow. Soaring Shoebill!" and is kind of like the bird combo of OOOs in that it was always there, but gets a power-up at some point to become the final form.
Actually this sounds pretty cool! So new play: Infiltrate Toei and spam this idea until they give in.
