Def liking the new camera … i like the more natural field of view … found hte 360 cam showed steeps better but also something make it overly steep looking if that makes sense

Also ripped the SRAM X0 transmission off my bike and put my Shimano XTR back on.
For me I just couldn’t tune 3rd gear properly, on or off the stand. I don’t think they took into account the varying tolerances amongst hub makers, so the cassette might not be in the position they expect it to be. I couldn’t even micro shift the problem away

haha...'I think that's a jump there' 😀...we threw that little hip in a the bottom of Braap as a 15-minute after-thought on the end of the last trail day. Hit it left as it's a bit janky still on the right...threw on rocks on the edge to convince people to keep left. Play on it and let me know how it works or if it could use some improvement.

Looking forward to the video on transmission. I really would rather not myself, just for reasons of cost and the fact that, with one exception, none of my bikes are UDH, but I keep hearing such great things. On the other hand, I suck at and hate shifting, and semi-regularly break new cassettes.
Maybe some VHS tape for the chain slap?

Semi off topic, what is your go-to full face helmet for whistler bike park? I want to invest in full face as I’m visiting Whistler this summer and want to be able to use it at home bike parks.
The FOV of the Ace Pro is waaaaay to narrow. The x3 Footage was much better in my opinion.

Every other video about Transmission talks about how quiet it is. Any ideas why it’s so loud on your bike?
I have no idea. I’ve talked to Sram. Replaced the clutch. Etc.
@@VanCan I have the old GX AXS (non T-type) derailleur/shifter and can't say that I am all that impressed. If noise was the only issue I'd live with it, but for some reason the b-tension screw won't stay put so I constantly have to adjust the chain-gap - which is a PITA.

the video quality in this is trash, was jarring how bad compared to your mid roll for the camera. maybe it’s the YT compression with the speed 🤷♂️
