INGREDIENTS:
1kg mince
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 pinch turmeric powder
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp chat masala
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 grated and squeezed onion
1-2 fresh red green chilli
some fresh coriander leaves
1 lemon's juice
2 coal + butter
2 tbsp oil
some onion Green chutney & melted butter
